Every Sinead album rapresents for me an emotional journey, this new one is not the exeption.

What an amazing work: Song to Siren, Take Off Your Shoes, Reason with Me,Queen Of Denmark,VIP,are the absolute highlights moments of the album.

I wish Sinead all the best for the future, musically and personally :-?

I didn't know you stanned so hard for Sinead! And then Kate Bush (I'm still curious about your thoughts on her Snow album) and Madonna too! You're awesome!

I see that this album might deserve to be listened to anew? I haven't heard it in a while, and it left me without having done any serious damage. But since denise, Kevin, B, NF and jszmiles all keeps raving about it I guess I've missed something.

I started to listen to it with no expectations. I just thought "well, she's not my cup of tea, but I'll give her a try"... some months later, she's one of my most-listened to artists of 2012, and I bought two of her albums.

Its a shame that Sinead remains such a polarizing figure in music largely for the SNL incident that happened *20 freaking years ago*. Especially since her opinion then isn't quite as unpopular today as it was back then as a lot of people have lost interest in the church and don't believe the pope is a perfect person.

"Faith And Courage" in 2000 was also a really brilliant comeback attempt that also sadly fell on deaf ears because everyone made their mind up that outside of Nothing Compares 2 U, they hate her guts.

What I adore about Sinead is that she has never caved in to the status quo. She is unapologetic, she makes no bones about who she is, she's always just been herself and either you accept her or not.

You're right. I think we need more artists like her - that have and *express* their own opinions, no matter how public, agents and media react over it.

'Faith and Courage' and 'How About I Be Me...' are two of best albums released since 2000, and her strongest ones. I don't get why people keep ignoring her. =/ Her voice is an Irish treasure.

I know our opinions differ on Prince. But as much as I love his music. I do think its a shame that Sinead is such a fantastic songwriter and yet the song that made her the most money actually was a song he wrote. I think Sinead's undervalued as a singer-songwriter, especially when Nothing Compares 2 U is the only song 9 out of 10 people can name from her. But she still made that song her own and sang it from her heart as if it was hers.

But why weren't Mandinka or The Emperor's New Clothes bigger hits?
