"Merry Christmas" is the best Christmas album of all-time.

"Rainbow" has some great songs but as a whole it's pretty weak.

"I'm Your Baby Tonight" is one of Whitney's best IMO. Everything about it is underrated!

Artist: FUGEES
Title: THE SCORE
Year: 1996

Points: 394

Image

The Score is the second and final studio album by the hip hop trio Fugees, released worldwide February 13, 1996 on Columbia Records.

The album features a wide range of samples and instrumentation, with many aspects of alternative hip hop that would come to dominate the hip hop music scene in the mid-late 1990s. The Score's production was handled mostly by the Fugees themselves and Jerry Duplessis, with additional production from Salaam Remi, John Forté, Shawn King, and Diamond D.

The album's guest raps are from Outsidaz' members Rah Digga, Young Zee and Pacewon, as well as Omega, John Forté, and Diamond D. Most versions of the album feature four bonus tracks, including three remixes of "Fu-Gee-La", and a short acoustic Wyclef Jean solo track entitled "Mista Mista."

I'm Your Baby Tonight is far from being Whitney's best album, but it has some pretty classic Whitney songs on it, namely: "I'm Your Baby Tonight", "My Name Is Not Susan", and "All The Man That I Need".

The Score is an album I've yet to check out in full but I know that it has two absolute classics on it, "Killing Me Softly" and "Ready or Not".

Artist: RADIOHEAD
Title: OK COMPUTER
Year: 1997

Points: 402

Image

OK Computer is the third studio album by the English alternative rock band Radiohead, released on 16 June 1997 on Parlophone in the United Kingdom and 1 July 1997 by Capitol Records in the United States. It marks a deliberate attempt by the band to move away from the introspective guitar-oriented sound of their previous album The Bends. Its layered sound and wide range of influences set it apart from many of the Britpop and alternative rock bands popular at the time and laid the groundwork for Radiohead's later, more experimental work.

Title: BABY ONE MORE TIME
Year: 1999

Points: 408

Image

...Baby One More Time is the debut studio album of American recording artist Britney Spears, released on January 12, 1999, by Jive Records. In June 1997, while Spears negotiated with manager Lou Pearlman to join female pop group Innosense, her mother asked family friend and entertainment lawyer Larry Rudolph for his opinion and submitted a tape of Spears singing over a Whitney Houston karaoke song. Rudolph decided to pitch her to record labels, sending them a demo tape with an unused song from Toni Braxton. Jive was interested and appointed the singer to work with producer Eric Foster White. After hearing the recorded material, Jive signed Spears to a multi-album deal.

Artist: R.E.M.
Title: AUTOMATIC FOR THE PEOPLE
Year: 1992

Points: 452

Image

Automatic for the People is the eighth album by the American alternative rock band R.E.M., released in 1992 on Warner Bros. Records. While R.E.M. had intended to make a harder-rocking album after dealing primarily with acoustic based sounds on its previous record Out of Time (1991), the group eventually abandoned that goal and created an album that was musically subdued and dealt with mortality. Automatic for the People reached number two on the U.S. album charts and yielded six singles. The album has sold 16 million copies worldwide and is widely considered as one of the best records released in the 1990s.

On the record, Carey worked with a variety of producers and writers, including Walter Afanasieff, the only hold over from her previous effort. Additionally, Carey wrote and produced the album's material with Robert Clivillés and David Cole from C+C Music Factory and Carole King, with whom she wrote one song.
