This is a fantastic album, still love listening to it today! 'Electric Storm' is by far my favourite Delta song ever 8-) It's a shame she didn't do as well with the album as her debut, I hope she releases the next one here!

Ahhh...I've been listening to this album all today - utterly amazing, and so underrated.

I revisited this album this week by playing it on repeat in my car.

Even though I've loved all her work, this is her weakest album IMO. Because of the length of the tracklist, each brilliant track has an equally not-brilliant track that comes along with it.

'You Are My Rock', 'Fragile', 'Miscommunication', 'Sanctuary' and 'Nobody Listened' all have beautiful lyrics but are so forgettable, they fail to make any impression on me and I struggle to even remember which track is which.

On the other hand, the singles were brilliant. HOWEVER! The biggest travesty in her discography (IMO of course) was not releasing 'Last Night On Earth', which is one of the best songs she has ever recorded, it is genuinely epic. If she had gone this way:
#1. Out of the Blue
#2. Last Night on Earth
#3. Almost Here
#4. Mistaken Identity
#5. A Little Too Late

I think the era could have been even bigger than it already was. 'Electric Storm' is also another great track that was quite single worthy.

Overall, it doesn't hit the dizzying plentiful highs of 'Innocent Eyes', nor does it have the overall consistency of 'Delta', thus why I think this is her weakest album. 3.5 stars!

I also think this is her weakest album. And why did she have to record Almost Here seriously? That sounds so crap compared to the rest of the album. Best songs were Last Night On Earth, Electric Storm, Out Of The Blue, Miscommunication and The Analyst.

The most outstanding song here is The Analyst.

This is my favourite album of hers. I just feel so much emotion in most of the songs.

I also think that this album has aged better than IE and Delta.

Best tracks were The Analyst, Mistaken Identity, Last Night on Earth, Miscommunication, Electric Storm and Disorientated.

I find myself really torn on this album! Or at least it's positioning when ranking the three.

At first I was quite shocked that you would've listed it as her worst, as I frequently quote it as her best work. However, I can't deny the pop-perfection of IE and how much I love Delta. I feel that MI has the most of her 'hidden gems', which have been listed above. So many amazing album tracks, so much emotion happening in the songs. If you remove the filler from this album (Almost Here, A Little Too Late, You Are My Rock), it is better than Delta, and it beats IE on its lyricism and depth.

It *is* her best album lyrically, however I feel like if you can't apply great lyrics into a workable melody and make an overall compelling track, they are nearly useless and would be better off as poetry.

For me those aren't even fillers! The only song I don't like is "Be Strong" dear god that one pales in comparison to everything else.

This one's her best album by far.
