Suggestion: Jump To [Select Forum]

Can we perhaps also add one of those to the top of the page? We have to always scroll to the bottom of the page to go to another forum. Can be so annoying sometimes. Leave the one at the bottom but create an identical one on the top?

Not that needed, you can just press "End" and you'll go instantly to the end of the page, but if the bottom existed at the top of the page would be OK.
