I was actually planning to get this one at Best Buy on Tuesday, but they only had copies of the Deluxe Edition in stock for $17.99, whereas Target's selling the Standard Edition for only $11.99.

I bought both Lights and Bright Lights on my weekly trip to Golden Discs.

The guy at the counter couldn’t understand why I wanted both copies :lol:

It's actually a bit weird to buy both when on the re-release you've got all songs of the original version and some more...
Apart if you are a hardcore fan and buy both for the sake of it :lol:

. Or you've just got a bit too much money, so if you suffer from it, you know how you can contact me to lose some :lol:

I finally own The Archandroid and paid 18.49€ for that 2 year old album

. This made me think whether I should stop being social and supporting local shops and just buy music from the internet like everybody else. I mean Amazon has the album at 8.68€ and Ebay has it at 7.87€ (new and including shipping)

.
I could've bought 2 albums for the shop price I paid!

I know! I want so much to support my local market too and contribute to the national sales but srsly the prices are way too high. PLAY has extremely good prices [7-12 euros for new albums] and they don't charge you for shipping!

Anyway, i will try to keep supporting the local shops here but i can't spend 60 euros for just 3 CDs. I'll wait until they reduce the prices of older albums...

They were on sale, €5 each, so I said why not, plus I have this obsessive need to own the original of an album plus the releases, I have 7 different copies of Good Girl Gone Bad :oops:

The Archandroid is a great R&B album, I love Janelle’s voice, Make The Bus & Cold War are great, really expensive though for just one CD

Unfortunately I'm really low on money these days and did not buy any CDs in the last 5 months. Dear music industry, I'm sorry for that. Don't count it as general decrease in sales because I would love to buy CDs and will do so again in the future.

I bought all albums for ~2.20€

I only buy new albums that I LOVE. I'd be cool to go to the local shop and by every album that I want, but it's just too expensive. If I want to buy 1 new album, I have to spend 4%+ of my salary!
