It was reported that Simon doesn't want Nicole on the panel, and that he is backing Anastacia from the start.. ITV is having Nicole's back..Thriller wrote: I'd have thought the fact Simon got rid of her off that panel would mean he wouldn't want her near this one either?
I agree. And although Anastacia was popular, she never cemented a strong legacy, so a lot of people will have never heard of her.Spartan wrote:^ But that was about 5 years ago, Nicole is much more popular and relevant nowadays.
I know, it was just a funny thread.Mike_54 wrote:She did blog about it back in time, saying that it was made up and that it hurted her feelings, especially as she is passionate artist and music is her life..sambo9 wrote:But Anastacia doesn't even like music, remember?
Yup, it's a shame people usually only care about the media whores, so it's refreshing to see Ana get this attention! Happy!Mike_54 wrote:Also there is reason for not hearing much about Anstacia in media during past years...
1. Anstacia was never big media personality, she never cared about it, it was always about her music.. Even when she was selling more albums than Britney, Madonna, Beyonce etc. there wasn't much gossiping about her going around..
2. She lives in US where she is not known.. So over past years we had her dissapiring there for years, and ofcourse we will hear nothing.. So basicly she kept herself out of spotlight...
Oh that relevancy argument is such crap!Spartan wrote:^ But that was about 5 years ago, Nicole is much more popular and relevant nowadays. Although I would personally prefer Ana too.
Good point!04wayne wrote:Oh that relevancy argument is such crap!Spartan wrote:^ But that was about 5 years ago, Nicole is much more popular and relevant nowadays. Although I would personally prefer Ana too.
You don't need to be relevant - look at Dannii Minogue and Sharon Osborne!
