120k will be no problem, whatsoever. It'll sell 15k per day the way it's going.

It'll have about 155k+ by the end of the week.

Cheryl’s Call My Name becomes 2012's fastest selling Number 1 single!

It was going to be one of the biggest sales of 2012 to date according to Wednesday’s Official Chart Update, as Cheryl’s Call My Name got off to a lightning fast start to the week, almost reaching the 100,000 copies milestone after only three days into the chart week.

The Official Charts Company can today confirm that Call My Name has now racked up an outstanding 152,000 copies this week, giving Cheryl the fastest selling single of the year and overtaking DJ Fresh & Rita Ora’s Hot Right Now who managed a cool 128,000 in their first week on sale back in February. Cheryl also leapfrogs Gary Barlow’s 2012 record set last week, who shifted 142,000 copies of the Diamond Jubilee song, Sing, in its second week on sale, to secure the highest one week sales tally, and biggest Number 1 of the year.

If that’s not enough, the track is the lead single from forthcoming albums A Million Lights and so a Number 1 with Call My Name has awarded the Geordie star a hat-trick of chart toppers in her solo career, as well as matching her current career record of hitting the top spot with lead singles from her previous two solo studio albums – that’s 2009 single Fight For This Love and 2010’s Promise This.

Cheryl earlier this week announced her first solo UK and Ireland arena tour.

New entries

Cheryl is the only new entry in today’s Top 20, however, US R&B artist Trey Songz is back with new lead single Heart Attack from forthcoming album Chapter V, climbing since midweek to Number 28.

Justin Bieber enters the Top 40 with new single As Long As You Love Me FT Big Sean (30), the track is the last to be released ahead of his forthcoming album Believe which lands next week.

The Voice’s Tyler James is a new entry with Higher Love as performed on the TV show. The track is taken from the new Voice UK finalists’ compilation album and lands at Number 39 today.

+1 The routine/choreography is sick. It's not very complicated but it's so well fitting and energetic. It really brings the song to another level.

I also love watching performances of this song. They're so good.
