A Curious Thing is also only Gold in the UK and debuted with over 40,000 copies sold. And normally albums sell less than the previous albums PLUS personally i think A Curious Thing is way better than Life In A Beautiful Light... that's why i think it could be more difficult for it to reach Gold than for the previous album(s).Timmy94 wrote:Well, for reaching Gold it must only sell 4 times its opening sales, this can be done without a notable longevityTansike wrote:I hope it will have some longevity and will get Gold!.

UK midweeks:
4. (2.) Life in a Beautiful Light
I don't know, because BBC shows only top 40 on midweeks and she is not there. But Slow It Down is currently on n.43 on itunes, so I think the single will be around n.40 - n.50.Jello wrote:Was on "Loose Women" daytime UK TV Monday, apparently brilliant, I have Skyplused but not watched yet, will do well to stay Number 4 or 5
What number is single in UK midweeks?
