On ninth position comes third entry from Brit in this countdown. First was ''S&M'' remix @ #17, second her most successful single from ''Femme Fatale'' era ''Till The World Ends @ #12 and now @ #9 ''I Wanna Go'' which is an extremely catchy song with really addictive whistle and chorus, video was really funny and she looked so good in it!

Wet is brilliant. I Wanna Go is definitely my favourite Britney single since Womanizer. :D

I like "Poison" but I'm not the biggest fan of "Whatever U Like".

Woohoo for "I Wanna Go", Brit Brit's biggest radio hit to date! The song is just too catchy to ignore and the whistles slay. The music video's one of Britney's funniest and it was totally worth staying up until the wee hours of the morning to view it.

@ #8 is coming most successful single by New Zealand band The Naked and Famous, the song has extremely fine synth-pop sound. This is their only entry in my countdown although I have charted ''Girls Like You'' but they have failed to repeat success of ''Young Blood''.

This is Hurts's last entry in this countdown ''Illuminated'' appeared first @ #72, ''Better Than Love @ #51 and now @ #7 their best single to date ''Sunday''. That intro is so epic and love that dramatic sound in the song. I'm waiting for their new album with very big anticipation!

''Charm School'' was first studio album in last 10 years from legendary group Roxette. They have released three singles from that record first one ''She's Got Nothing On (But The Radio)'' was decently successful in German speaking countries. That single was already appeared in my countdown @ #196, third single ''Way Out'' has entered few spots higher @ #192. Their second single from album ''Speak To Me'' has did an amazing job in my PC chart. That song is absolutely magical, sounds like an old Roxette song, such a shame that it flopped so hard in official charts.

First entry and the only from Chris Brown in this countdown, he had few hits last year, but non of them didn't clicked on me that much, ''Look At Me Now'' almost made it, but it had really short longevity. So @ #5 is Chris with Benny Benassi, one of the few legendary's DJ's who still makes great production and music. This song had huge impact on me during the last year, everything is so fine from music to lyrics. Only video could be little better, but okay. This has become my fave Chris single by far.

This is third entry out of 4 from American band Foster The People, first was ''Don't Stop (Color On the Walls)'' @ #45, the others three are in top 20. Second was @ #16 ''Helena Beat'' and now @ #4 their most successful single to date. The song smashed in some big countries as Australia were it was no.1 and reached 5xP status (sold more than 350,000), the songs has 5xP status in Canada (selling more than 400,000 there) also in USA has reached 4xP (for selling more than 4,000,000 copies). There's no doubt that this song is one of the most successful from an band in digital era and all that very deserved!

So on third position are again Foster The People, with their best single to date ''Call It What You Want''. This song was my instant fave song from the album. Sadly the song didn't match the popularity of the ''Pumped Up Kicks'' but they had an amazing success in my chart, spending 7 weeks on top and reaching more than thousand points (sales wise more than million) is more than enough for me to put this song in my top 3. Video looks fantastic, their best to date with so many funny scenes and stuff. Really can't wait for their new record!

Yep top 2 is full of Britney  no surprise here. ''Criminal'' was my instant fave single from album, and I wanted so badly this as single, and look she gave us this epicness as last single from album. That flute is so addictive and her voice sounds so amazing, in video she looks gorgeous, my fave video from the era.

ImageCR:1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-3-1-3-3-3-2-2-4-4-3-4-10-12-19-18-14-13-14-14-14-15-10-12-21-30-27-24-31-43-43-7-13-22-26-27-34-42-52-57-56-x-53-55 50wks 2,191,000
And on top is Britney's lead single from ''Femme Fatale'' album ''Hold It Against Me''. Dance/pop tune which has slayed my chart for 50 Weeks. In USA the song debuted on top with more than 410,000 copies without any promotion from Britney. The song was very influental on others pop/dance songs today thanks to dubstep part which is the best moment in the song. Video looked really great, although they have messed up release date of the video, it was worth of waiting. ''Hold It Against Me'' is now in my top 10 fave Britney singles ever. Hopefully that she will bring again something new with in next era!

Finally that's all thank you again all fro commenting and see you next year :P

Your Top 5 is brilliant! :o

"Beautiful People" is a catchy Dance/Pop jam from CB. It's not my fave from him but it's still good.

"Pumped Up Kicks" is a great Indie Pop song, albeit a bit bizarre lyrically.

"Call It What You Want" is actually my fave Foster The People song so I'm glad to see it in your Top 3.

Why am I not surprised by the Britney Top 2? #Nickney 8-)

"Criminal" is fantastic, brilliant even. It's probably my fave mid-tempo song and that flute, like you mentioned, is too addictive. The video was pretty impressive too though it's a shame that it was pretty much banned from television. It's my second fave Femme Fatale song.

"Hold It Against Me" is exceptional, my own #1 song of 2011. The song with it's dubstep breakdown offered something a bit different than what was on Pop radio at the time and the video symbolizing Britney's career is probably my all-time fave from Brit. Sure she didn't do any promotion for it, but it still broke existing digital and radio records at the time and set the Femme Fatale off to a roaring start. I'll never forget how obsessed I was with this song. 2011 was a fantastic year to be a Britney fan (bar the lack of promotion, of course). :)

Great list overall topped by the best possible song. Fantastic job with the presentation too!

Ohh i'm soo glad to see that Call It What You Want is ur fave single of Fosters too 8-)

Oh I remember how we all been so **** excited when HIAM went on itunes and radios. The song killed competition, and when we all were so worried will she debut @ #1 or not coz Bruno Mars with Grenade had strong airplay. But she did and she will again i'm sure :D

Thanks for commenting dude! 8-)
