Apart from Fils de Superman and S'il Suffiçait D'aimer, i really don't know her French repertoire. Which album do you recommend for an introduction?

I like the cover. The song doesn't sound interesting from the 30 seconds. I see it's getting a mixed reaction on that website you linked too.

I also like the song, its not as instant S'il n'en restait qu'une was - but the 30 seconds I heard remind me of D'elles.

I can't wait until Monday, and the full song premier!!

About where to start, I personally think her easiest to listen to French record is either Deux or D'elles. Or a compilation.

But her best is Dion Chante Plamondon or S'il Suffisait D'aimer.

Her manager is a liar because the quality of her voice wasn't at its best. Even the highs sounded weak, as if she couldn't reach them.

The music could be good, although it may sound a bit dated? Anyway, 30 seconds is too little to have an opinion on it. The cover is ok, but the girl should bear a similarity to Celine.

I like the title of both albums. It's a good idea to release this one in early November as it will have at least two good weeks of sales (release, Christmas).

Yes, it's the same. Well, I think the voice sounds like it did on 1F&4T and "Les Paradis" on "D'elles" which neither showcased her voice at its best.

In 1994, Goldman directed her when she sang because he found a few things about her voice annoying. That's why her voice sounds so different on D'eux and I think it's her best album vocally. From S'il Suffisait D'Aimer on, he let her sing in her own way except some words that couldn't be understood... watch the video when she was recording "Je chanterai"!

I find it a bit nasal, she puts too much palate as if she's restraining her voice.

Anyway, I like all of Veneruso's song, so this one could be great!
