Drake NOT Facing ArrestDespite Report

Drake is not facing arrest in the Chris Brown bar fight ... well-placed law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

There's a report out this AM that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for allegedly hurling a bottle that hit no one ... but we're told not only is it not true, cops have "no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time."

According to the report, a single witness allegedly told cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, who has been vocal since the incident, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.

The report says unless Drake agrees to surrender by next week, he will be arrested tonight during a concert at Jones Beach. We have confirmed with law enforcement this is NOT true.

Tony Parker Files $20 Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Drake-Chris Brown Nightclub Fight

NBA superstar Tony Parker -- who was injured when Drake and Chris Brown's posses squared off -- is suing the NYC nightclub for $20 million, claiming it should never have let Rihanna's exes in at the same time ... and Chris Brown as well as Drake could end up as defendants.

The San Antonio Spurs star filed the lawsuit Thursday in NY State Supreme Court ... against W.i.P. Nightclub -- and in the suit he alleges the club's security was negligent for allowing the brawl to ever happen.

Parker says he was hit by shards of glass and suffered lacerations to his cornea when bottles started flying in the fight last week.

The lawsuit alleges club management, knowing there was "bad blood between Drake and Brown," was driven by the almighty buck and continued selling alcohol to the participants in the brawl, despite the fact that some were "visibly intoxicated."

Parker's injury is a huge deal because it could affect his NBA career, and -- more immediately -- his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.

As for why he would sue for $20 MILLION? Parker is in the middle of a $50 million contract with the Spurs.

As for whether Chris Brown or Drake will be added as defendants, Parker's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells TMZ ... he's waiting for the results of the police investigation. He also wants to review the surveillance tape before making his decision.

Chris Brown and Drake offered $1 million each to settle dispute in boxing ring
Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman has revealed billionaire Alki David has offered the huge sums to stage the fight

Chris Brown and Drake have been offered $1 million (£641,000) each to fight in a celebrity boxing match.

The pair had been involved in a alleged nightclub brawl earlier this month, after it was alleged that upon discovering they were in the same club, Brown sent a bottle over to Drake's table. The Toronto rapper then approached Brown and started arguing over Rihanna, Brown's ex-girlfriend who Drake also had a short relationship with.

Though no arrests have been made over the brawl, the feud is still thought to be ongoing and celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman has revealed that billionaire digital media entrepreneur Alki David wants to capitalise by staging a fight between the pair, for which he'll pay them $1 million each and give a further $1 million to charity.

Speaking to New York Daily News, Feldman said of his hopes for the fight: "Obviously they have a grudge. It's just three one-minute rounds. No one will get seriously hurt."

Mark Geragos, Chris Brown's attorney, has previously claimed that he has evidence that Drake threw a bottle during the incident, while Brown posted a picture of his gashed chin on Twitter after the fracas along with a tirade of messages directed at Drake's crew – although they have since been removed.

Drake, however, has denied his involvement in the fight, and said he was heading for the exits when the brawl broke out. A spokesman for the rapper said: "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.I.P. He was on his way out when the altercation began.

1. Create a folder on your desktop. 2. Name it “Slaying You Hoes” 3. Save this photo.
At one point Karrueche picked up Teyana Taylor and threw her at Rihanna. What kind of Basketball Wives foolishness?
Besides, it’s always wise to keep a light-skinned man on reserve because when the weather turns cold and they go back into hibernation, I wouldn’t be able to get another good piece of light-skinned cack until Spring 2013.
I strutted into the club swinging and flinging my hair and you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t in a Pantene Pro-V commercial.
