Hey bitches, hookers and hoes! So i am back from the MDNA Show in Gothenburg last night. No it was far from a full house but i guess 40 000 at least attended the show. However the audience was horrible. Quiet and not dancing. The Queen had more energy than 40 000 people. COLD BORING PEOPLE IN MY COUNTRY

But for me the show was GREAT!!! She is an amazing performer. The show is fantastic in every aspect. It's so dramatic all the time. I was dancing, screaming, shouting, laughing and even almost crying.

Highlights are:
Opening GGW - brilliant! 10/10
Gang Bang - very good 8/10
Papa don't Preach - too short but still good 7/10
masterpiece - she is great with emotional ballads I think 8/10
Express yourself - such a classic and what a show 9/10
GMAYL - what an amazing routine (however the song is crap but this arrangement makes it work 8/10
Open your Hart - I loved this!!!!! 9/10
Vogue - you can never go wrong with Vogue 8/10
TUTR - I can't help it but I love this song, performance was not very strong but still 8/10
Like a Virgin - I loved it soooo much!!!! 9/10
I'm addicted - it's a great song as well 8/10
Like a Prayer - almost perfect 9/10

The less good parts are:
Revolver - what was she thinking when she recorded this shit? however the dance thing with the guns are pretty cool 3/10
Hung up - it's better live than watching youtube videos but that autotune and slacklining thing didn't do it for me 4/10
I don't give a - hmmm 2/10
Candy shop / Erotica - she should have only done Erotica 4/10
I'm a sinner - boooooring performance 4/10
Celebration - great energy and performance but not her best song. 4,5/10

over all it was 8/10...
And for the audience 0/10
for the city of Gothenburg 0/10

Next time she has to come to Stockholm the capital in Sweden!!!!!

Okay now I have to go to sleep. I am very tired and hung over! peace out!

right! since this is the mdna tour thread i assumed atbw13 was referring only to mdna boxscores, but that's right, new boxscores were available earlier today, i posted some when they were just available on the Celine chart thread and a truckload of new Roger Waters' boxscores on the concerts thread at the chart analysis forum, i was expecting some mdna but got none :cry:

Anyway, the concert was great and Madonna was doing very well.

Unfortunately we went to eat before the concert and I ended up with a major food-poisoning :cry:

so much that I had to quit standing in front of the stage and had to settle for mostly seeing her on the screen, typical bad luck for me :lol:

still great seeing her again though 8-)

I also don't think it's just acting... Even I went back to the time I first had sex when she sang like that! These are special things in one's life and god knows she was probably thinking about sth like that... I just lovd how she sang the line "Shiny and new" you know you never gonna be shiny and new again :cry:
