Very good point, I don't think she lip synced the LOT performances (aside from Revel which I havn't seen yet so can't have an opinion).NejcIV wrote:Beyonce, while filming ANWB, apologized to her fans for not being able to perform LOT, because her voice was too tired. Why would she say that if she was lipping it indeed?BLover wrote:True, I'm confusing it with something else I can't remember. Maybe "A Night With Beyoncé".Rocksteady09 wrote:Plus her not singing it at Glastonbury, doesn't mean anything, she didn't performance most of the 4 songs until Roseland.
YES!!!! Couldn't agree more. One of my all time favorite performances, everything about it was pure AMAZING and Beyonce's vocals were so fierce throughout. Loved the way that she changed the song as well.BLover wrote:Random thought:
Her performance of WDYLM at Glastonbury was insane.
So she is a great actress!Shayonce wrote:she looks(acts) super tired after lipping LOT in roseland shows.. so...
well the receipt you listed doesn't make any sense - why would she intentionally pre-record a bum note? LOL.abi wrote:^^Blover I'll always be with you, boi.
I've just listened to the VMAs performance again, and I swear it sounds identical to the Roseland performance. And yes, I have the receipt.
The easiest way to find out is by listing every word where she has to growl in both performance. I'm serious, I even wrote down every single word that she growls on a piece of paper.Y'all want me to spill the tea?
Oh and there's one same "bad" note on both performances, which is during the 4th chorus when she says "...the one that GIVES your all..."
Because she wanted it to sound "live"?NejcIV wrote:well the receipt you listed doesn't make any sense - why would she intentionally pre-record a bum note? LOL.
Oh, well in that case she should just miss a couple of notes intentionally during her future live performances, so that people won't think her vocals are pre-recorded.abi wrote:Because she wanted it to sound "live"?NejcIV wrote:well the receipt you listed doesn't make any sense - why would she intentionally pre-record a bum note? OMG blover help me.
Let's put an end to this! You're BLover, so love BBLover wrote:LOL, this sounds like a pack of wasps attacking the Beyhive.
No, no! That wasn't what I meant. Urgh English sucks.NejcIV wrote:Oh, well in that case she should just miss a couple of notes intentionally during her future live performances, so that people won't think her vocals are pre-recorded.
LOL, no offense, but I have NO idea what you meanabi wrote:No, no! That wasn't what I meant. Urgh English sucks.NejcIV wrote:Oh, well in that case she should just miss a couple of notes intentionally during her future live performances, so that people won't think her vocals are pre-recorded.
I mean like, of course that one bad note wasn't intentionally. Yeah, you know what I mean.
I think we should stop this. Please don't take away my stan card. I'm just trying to express my opinion. Sawwryyy y'all!![]()
I was joking with my last statement y'all. Sorry. Peace and Love.Baditude wrote:This has nothing to do with the "Beyhive." LOL, I wasn't saying I was being attacked. I said like I looked like a wasp attacking the Beyhive.Baditude wrote:This has nothing to do with the "Beyhive." "Suga Mama" was always my single choice after "Irreplaceable", or at least after "Beautiful Liar". Too bad they went with "Upgrade U"/"Get Me Bodied" in the U.S. and "Green Light" in the UK.joel77m77 wrote:Suga Mama is an absolutely amazing song. Upgrade U has really grown on me in the past few months. I noticed a lot of fans love it but never saw the reason why but now I love to listen to it and the video is amazing. It's really wierd how much it's grown on me.abi wrote:"Suga Mama" was always my single choice after "Irreplaceable", or at least after "Beautiful Liar". Yeah when I first played it in the car I thought my mom was gonna like it. Instead, she was like "What is this screaming mess?"Baditude wrote:Suga Mama was too urban and adult for the masses.![]()
