Shievonne was perhaps a favourite for a while because she was seen as a "mother" figure in the house. But when she turned on Adam the other week, perhaps because he fancied her a bit, she showed the side that has now come fully out.

Missed BTOS they switched channels on it, but I thought it was still coming up on 5 itself I wanted to watch the UK Olympic Team practising or the Walking Dead as it turned out to be! If I hadn't relied on my TV guide, I could have watched BTOS and the watched the "late" Walking Dead on 5+1

You're slightly contradicting, first you say she never had a chance, when I show you she did you talk about 'maybe at the start'.

She did have a chance as she was a favourite and wasn't nominated for weeks... she ruined it for herself. The same can be said for a lot of contestants i.e. Becky, she went in as such a strong contender but hasn't really replicated anything other than being a greedy cow. Ofcourse she still has time to change it around. Conor too could have played the Irish 'cheeky chappy' slightly hunky guy but ruined it for himself.

What I'm saying is that if Shievonne had of stayed with Luke A or even just Sara; she'd still be regarded as a 'good' figure. She's sided with Conor and Ashleigh which automatically puts her in team tw@.

I felt really sorry for Adam. He just said what was on his mind and answered the question he was asked; I don't think he expected Shievonne to see it at all.

Shievonne's had a problem with Adam for a while now and hasn't been particularly friendly towards him. So why would he say that he liked her? At least he was honest about how he perceived her.

I can completely understand why she's upset and I would be in her shoes (I like her more than others in the other 'team') but I don't think she'd be all sweetness and light about Adam if the situation was reversed.

At the end of the day, they chose him and he expressed his true feelings. It could have been any of them! If they didn't want to hear what he had to say, they shouldn't have picked him in the first place. It was Shievonne who seemed to really want to know what Adam had to say. I respect him for apologising to her for the way it came across and the fact it was on her birthday but he stuck with what he said, which shows he was being honest.

My initial hunch about Shievonne was right - another stereotypical aggressive argumentative black woman - joining Charley, Alexandra and the others. Why does BB always put these people in the house? This in itself enforces racism. When she speaks, i'm just reminded of those vile bitches, every sentence is ghetto speak nonsense, never listens to reason, never lets the other person talk, always turns things round to make it look like they are in the wrong. Shievonne hasn't been Deana's friend for at least a week - "4 weeks of friendship"??

Interesting show today!! Shievonne is just unbelievable, she's more paranoid than Lydia!! Ironic how she said she might be coming out on Friday as she's digging her own grave with her actions of late

I really liked Shievonne at the beginning, now she just comes across as a bit deluded, she did talk a load of rubbish when she was in the diary room

Still I'd prefer Conor out on Friday as he is well past his sell by date on the show

Not really I said she got booed when she came in. That didn't mean she had no chance of staying the distance. Her audition tape did caused the first boos. Personally judging people on these tapes is just a waste of time. However when in the house she took on her alter ego of the mother figure, so we saw a different side to her. And I can see why she was well thought of. Then as I said she changed back to how she was on the tape, when Adam did the fake offer of marriage to her. Perhaps he too was taken in by the mother thing. It was then she went over to the "dark side". But it doesn't take much for a person to come under the dark side attackers, it starts with a simple moan to them about what someone has done. They will then convince you that the person is the devil.

Yeah Blondini they do have a habbit of doing that. As you say they are stereotypes, which is why they are there. But I think because they are confident they are more likly to get past the strict selection stage of Big Brother, than a shy type black woman. But of course if you are dealing with racism all your life you might get an attitude like that too.
In her case though most of her anger is aimed at Adam, so anybody who likes Adam is not going to be a racist, but will be mouthing off about her!

Of these two that are up it's one of those evictions where you don't want to save either of them
If I was a voter I would be really torn in who to vote for Simply because I wouldn't want to brag that I had voted to save that person!

She's nowhere near as bad as Alexandra who was an intimidating bully and Charley was more of a self-obsessed airhead who competed with other girls. Shievonne is paranoid and takes everything the wrong way, seemingly purposely so she can create an argument a lot of the time. It is odd how black women never seem to do well on BB though!

Boring how Conor is now talking about nominations practically daily. Definitely think Shievonne will go though if she carries on the way she has been, if Conor could get more save votes than Arron he'll get more than her.

Shievonne starting on Deana was a bit much, especially when they've hardly communicated this week. Deana had thought Shievonne was taking Conor's side because she wasn't communicating with her. What Deana said to her on Arron's eviction might have irritated her but it was hardly a vile, nasty thing to say. When Deana asked her about it, why didn't Shievonne just say why she was upset with her?

Then Shievonne's saying the others didn't leap to Deana's defence but when has Shievonne stuck up for Deana?! They've apparently had four weeks of friendship but I don't recall that happening once! Nobody pitched in against Shievonne because she wouldn't listen to what they had to say anyway.

I'd much rather Conor go on Friday but if Shievonne keeps having arguments, it's definitely going to be her. I really hope she calms down before then. How she can't see how Conor and Caroline are nasty is beyond me.

Luke S still has a problem with Deana claiming their relationship is fake but it's not just her. Ashleigh even stated she didn't want to be with him as they had nothing in common (several times) but still went back to him. It's hardly surprising people don't think it's entirely believable (he wouldn't know that though obviously). It's interesting that everyone thinks it's Luke being fake though and not Ashleigh...

I thought Luke A was very snappy with Sara, which was uncalled for. He's very hot-tempered!

So Sara sticks up for Deana but she's not allowed to, even though Shievonne questioned why they didn't leap to Deana's defence. It was obviously not their argument, which is why they didn't get involved. So why is Shievonne asking why the others didn't stick up for her?! Then Sara does and she's not allowed because it's not her argument!!!

If, like Shievonne says, the argument was just between her and Deana, why didn't she just take her aside in the first place to talk about it instead of arguing in front of everyone?!

So why when deana got saved and aaron left why does shievonne hold resentment against Deana for being happy but with caroline no resentment is held. shiv is nobody special if deana wants to be happy because she got saved then that is her prerogative. Just because shiv is uspet does mean everyone must tip toe around her.

Rule 1 - If your up don't argue. Show your unhappy, but never argue!
Rule 2 - If you here somebody getting cheered by the crowd or comming first in a save vote. Never argue you with them. In fact do the reverse of that! Or change tatics so the public might like you.

I think Deana's calm attitude made Shievonne look a lot worse. The most annoying thing about Deana and Shievonne's argument for me was when Connor started on Deana as well. He was really intense and it wasn't fair for the two of them to be having a go at Deana at the same time either. I want Connor to go as he's just a plain bully and at least Shievonne isn't a bully.

She IS aggressive when arguing, she doesn't listen to the other person. She is an awful representation of a black female. Perpetuating a racism you seem to be accusing me of. If i think this, it's because of Big Brother. I'm not saying she's as bad. She does share similar agrravating character traits. That Sophia girl was like this as well, rest her soul.

They shouldn't be putting black women like this in the house. I'd have thought you'd agree with me. Wasn't it you that made this very point when Sophia was in?

I also don't think they should be putting thick trailer trash/ chavs like Ashleigh etc in there all the time (funny how we can say "chav" and no-one pulls you up on it, even though it too is a gross generalisation). Or camp drama queens (thankfully Scott is bearable compared to past horrors). They are all encouraging hostility towards these communities.

Alexandra did say similar things. I know Aisleyne did, too but she hung around with black people, that's why. (and she wasn't annoying).

And it's not just Big Brother that perpetuates a racist stereotype - Jerry Springer and Ricki Lake kickstarted it. It's not "all the rest" of black women - it's a type of black woman. But this type gives "all the rest" the bad name.

Just like Gypsy Weddings reinforces hostility towards travellers and gypsies.
