Mix some honey and ginger, eat 2 spoons of it and don't drink water for half an hour after that.

I usually just make myself a cup of tea and press down the juice from one whole lemon in it. Delicious! And I think it helps! Get better soon!

If I've got a sore throat, I'll mix honey & lemon together in warm water & drink that. Takes a day or 2 + a few glasses to work, but I feel it does.

Anyway, as the others said, you should mix honey and lemon together and drink it. It has a strange taste but it works. 8-)

I'm FABULOUS

It's my birthday today 8-)

I'm home alone right cos my Mum's at work, but she left me some presents

I'm also going for dinner with my Dad later after he finishes work.

I got my main present from my Mum last week (a TV) but she got me smaller things, plus I also had presents from my Grandmas and my Uncle.

I love all my presents (especially my TV and $650 from my Dad!

) but my Mum got me a UK import WWE DVD that I was so excited about when I saw it! It's SO rare and I have a copy of it now woohoooooooo
