Live Music Streaming Communities

Hi all, we have just launched a site (take a look at Justjamit.com) and I need your advice.

Firstly, I could really appreciate some feedback on our site. What do you think? Is it easy to use and is it clear what it does?

Secondly, we advertise ourselves as the "world's first live music streaming community", but I haven't actually checked if anyone knows of any others... can anyone suggest someone who is already doing this? ie Any other websites which enable musicians to easily stream high quality live streams and also promote themselves within a music social network setting.
