After more than three months of compiling a list of my all-time fave albums, the grueling tabulation bit has finally come to an end and now the fun part, the part where I get to share with you my fave albums is almost upon us.

Unsurprisingly, the five ladies below are battling it out for the top spot in this most prestigious countdown but expect a few male acts to appear here and there.

Coming soon...

Rated R, because voting for an album starting with B in this countdown is too mainstream.

I'm very tempted to vote for "Butterfly", but I don't think it's your fave MC album... let alone fave album of all-time...

Because I've just gotten into Jordin as well, my second choice will be "Battlefield", though I don't really mind all of the albums there (bar "Blackout").

I hope there'll be at least one Beyoncé album in your Top 10. I wanted to say in your Top 5 but I saw your poll's options...

I voted for Rated R. :)

I only listened to Blackout and Rated R, and I voted the latter one because it's perfect from the beginning to the end so it might have a chance to reach the top spot.

Then again, you seem to be a Jordin Sparks fan so Battlefield is likely to be your favourite.

I think it will be :

#1 Battlefield
#2 Rated R
#3 Blackout

Can't wait for the list. :P

I know Butterfly (not a big fan) and Blackout (good, I prefer Femme Fatale though), but I'll be following this 8-)

Well, it's by Rihanna so it's got a pretty good shot at #1.

You're very observant.

As for Good Girl Gone Bad, it's stepped down from being my fave Rihanna album and as such, for the time in three years, is not challenging for the #1 position.

Aw, you don't like Blackout? Very good observation and wise pick.

I don't want to spoil any surprises but I can say that all four of Queen B's albums managed to make my Top 100.

Rated R is pretty impeccable but so is my entire Top 10.

I seem to be a Jordin fan? *Checks username* I guess Battlefield is a smart guess all things considered but you'll just have to wait and see.

I actually do one every year and this list changes so much every edition. Glad to see you went with Kelly. Underdogs have a reputation for coming out on top.

I hope you'll enjoy the countdown. It's very Pop-heavy but there are a few Urban records that I'm sure you'll love. :D

It is Britney's top album so that alone makes it a favourite to win.

I don't know Jordin's Battlefield, but i reckon it could be a very possible contender for the top spot of this countdown. Rated R and Blackout are my two favourites album from the 5 divas in the first topic, so i hope it's gonna be one of those two.

I was thinking about doing a similar countdown, but i don't know if i have enough time to organize it. How did you rank the albums? I mean, did you make some calculations based on songs ratings or something like this, or did you compile the list without thinking too much at every album tracks, and just by the overall albums?

Rated R and Blackout are two incredible albums indeed and of course Battlefield has a great chance at winning too. Ranking albums can be so hard sometimes.

I ranked the albums based on the songs. For instance, let's take Rated R. Not including "Mad House" (which is just the intro track), the album has thirteen songs in total. So I ranked each song out of a maximum rating of 10 and divided the total score by thirteen, basically finding the average score of the album.

But then you have albums that have only eight songs and albums that have as many as twenty-two songs so it's not really fair to judge them using that method so discretion is important too.

Alanis deserves higher, give it time I hope you appreciate more with time, glad to see it though! :D

Dangerous is my fave MJ album shame it missed although it isn't an all-time fave right at this time for me.

I liked a few off Ushers & Eminems as well, my brother used to love that album and my sister the other one so I couldn't escape them! :D

Hope Anastacia or Amy Studt make an entry. :P

From your poll choices I like Butterfly and Breakaway the most, Rated R and Blackout actually do nothing for me... Battlefield is okay

What a shame Usher's Confessions didn't make your countdown

Graffiti is my favourite album from him, and Charmbracelet my second from her... ouch!

Jagged Little Pill is great too, even though i think only the singles are real stand-out tracks. Never heard Dangerous in its entirety, but i know Black or White and Remember The Time, the latter being one my favourites Michael's tune. Raymond v. Raymond is very good, combined with the Versus EP is my favourite from Usher, i'm in the minority who thinks it's better than Looking 4 Myself.

Anyway, thanks for your infos. I'll probably use the same method as yours, but i'll go for a Top 50 or little more.
