I bought "Young Love" today. I really wanna listen to it so that I can say a thing or two about the album, but I also got my copy of Cheryl's " A Million Lights" in my postpox and I'm really craving for her latest album more than for Jedward's. I really don't know why, but I wasn't a fan of the snippets of "Young Love" on iTunes, but I thought that I had to buy the album, so that my album collection would be completed and Jedward were my favourite in 2011 (voted for Ireland 50 times).

They did some songs from the new album, including Luminous, which is my favourite, and John sang Boyfriend and played the accoustic guitar, which was fabulous
They sounded great

I'm so pleased you bought the album, it really is their best one yet, in my opinion

Young Love became their thrid album to go straight to Number 1 in a row today in Ireland

Its also Number 18 in the Swedish chart

and Number 27 in the German chart

The album has entered the UK chart at #63

Thats pretty good going considering there's been no Promo, signings, or radio play...and there aren't any plans for future promo here either, apart from what the fans are doing, as they are signed to an Irish record company and all the promo is purely within Ireland...we've even had to fight to get UMI to send it out to radio stations here..but when they get it, they won't play it, so we need people to request and request

We are trying to get some album signings, the boys want to do it, but UMI say no

Its a good album and it needs more people to know its out there..

^low position but then again they are Irish and it's already a success that they have released three full albums which charted within the top 100 in UK + singles that got no radio plays (still entered the UK chart).

I wish they could promote in UK (TV performances, interviews, signings)

it's really weird their label doesn't want to promote them in UK.

Btw, Young Love would be an amazing single!

Its quite shocking actually, but UMI aren't set up for international acts, so they only opererate within Ireland, it seems they're a bit stumped by the Jeds success outside of Ireland

Young Love HAS been released as a single, it was released just before the album, but only electronically..and with no promo..

Luminous is going to be released next and UMI have said they will fund the video (Jeds normally make their own) so hopefully at least they can get some airplay from that, as music TV channels do like to play them

Another interesting fact in the story of this album, its just gone to number 1 in Singapore, and the boys are flying over there as we speak...Universal Singapore are promoting them bit time, as are Universal Indonesia, where its getting played on most radio stations

It also charted highly in S Korea of all places...so a whole new market has just opened up to them

That's great that Asia gets to know Jedward.
I think that they can gain a loyal fanbase there.

Btw, I'm gettin' to know their new album better and I think that "A Girl Like You" is amazing! It's so damn catchy and a bit old-school. I totally like that song!

Other songs I really like are "Luminous", "Young Love" and "Waterline", of course.

I like those tracks too, "Luminous" is my absolute favourite and is meant to be the next single, though on Planet Jedward things change very quickly..

Have you heard the Delux iTunes version of the album? there are 3 amazing bonus tracks on there "Never Better" "Cool Hero's" and "School's Out" They are also my favourite tracks on the album

their videos are popular in Asia as i can see from the stats

I remember Lipstick and Bad Behaviour had charted in South Korean chart because of an ad.

Back in March 2011, then I waited for Jedward with two friends of mine in Düsseldorf; nearly someone cared about them.

We were the only fans who wanted to take pictures of them? - That's so funny... That Singapore guys are two years too late xd

Yes, I have bought them on iTunes, but I have to say that I really don't care about them. I think that the songs of the standard album are so much better.

Except of "Cool Heroes"... that's really cool, if you ask me

The Boys went down a storm in Asia

They are now charting all over indonesia too...They held an album signing, which was crazy with fans,

Finally listened to album!!

It wasn't istant hit for me as their last one, which I LOVED after just one listen, but this one sounds nice also..I think it will definetley grow more on me

Sorry the signing was in Singapore, but they are charting in Indonesia..

I'm not sure how they became big over there.. In Sangapore they have lots of fans, I'm not sure how they got them, but most seem to come across them on the internet through JedwardTV, they petitioned their countries Universal music to sell the single and album, and then requested it on the radio..one of the radio stations then made it record of the week, it shot it number 1 and it seemed to grow from there

Young Love (single) enters the Belgian Ultratip chart (Flanders) at #99 this week. :-)

I wish they could promote the song in Europe, it's so good.

There are rumoures that remixes have been made and the twins have already flimed a video go with it, which is in post production at the moment and should be out in three weeks

Thanks I'm just getting over it still, but loads better

There are no plans announced, but their record company usually leave everything until the last minute.

They have said they are doing a world tour in 2013 though

The twins are filming a couple of TV shows at the moment, OMG Jedwards Dream Factory in Ireland and Jedward Big Adventure in the UK, so not sure how they will fit promo in..

The release date for Luminous was annouced in a magazine as 23rd Sept..not sure if its right or not

Apparently there are going to be some remixes released too
