I was just thinking, I've become quite good with criticism since I started my most recent job
As for being critical, I am a very critical manager. But I'm also a constructive critic, I think. In real life, I'm fairly easy going

I came back home, sat down to eat my bloody dinner. The moment I started eating, my father went on an endless rant: "You do nothing. You could do this, this way. Instead you do that, that way."
