@larces: Nothing But The Beat is still in the top 10 in Ireland and top 50 in Austria, Belgium/Wallonia, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and the UK (I might have forgotten some countries). Therefore it's still charting, not well but decently.
The problem is that I Can Only Imagine is a very uninteresting single therefore it doesn't push the album and isn't doing well as a single (considering most singles by Guetta reach the top 10, you could almost say that it's flopping).
I still see the potential in the album with the right single released... And if there's not one, maybe a re-release could help? In the end, the era is just running since May 2011, it's too early to go on with a next album.

you're right it's too early to go with a new album so he should release the favourite public track which is NIGHT OF YOUR LIFE..

Oops  Thought it would be the way I said, sorry for that! Re-release? Then I hope it's not gonna be the 'One Love' mess all over again, re-releasing the album for every added song

no !there should not be a re-release because on nothing but the beat there are still good tracks which are great and could be big hits and i mean to night of your like.
and i think that the re-release of one love was a mistake because on one love there were good songs with a very big potential for being hits like toyfriend and on the dancefloor and choose.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on a re-release. I also think that 'Night of Your Life' and 'Repeat' could be released as singles but I already pointed out what I think about that ;)
In Germany there wasn't just one re-releases of 'One Love'. There were at least 3

yes i have heard that in germany there were some re-releases for one love!!well usually i don't like the idea of a re-release only if the tracks on the relgular versions are over or in a case that they are not useful or potential.

Don't think so. They will release a new song since releasing an old song to promote a re-release wouldn't be very smart.

You are referring to 'Rehab', right? Well, it was just the 3rd single from the re-release so therefore it's a bad example. To gather interest, you need new material ala Take A Bow/Disturbia  It's not like they released 'GGGB:R' with Rehab as the new lead-single.

But isn't it always so?
I mean nearly every album has at least one very strong song which don't get a single-release. That's often the case... And we never know. Maybe he will release it later. But after the flop of I Can Only Imagine i think he thought he have to release new stuff...

unlike i can only imagine night of your life as always recieved very positive criticism !
everywhere in this world all the people fall in love with the song so i think he should postpone the release of the new single to november december and now he can release night of your life.

I know that ;)
I talked about re-releasing an album with a new single that is only included in the re-release. Because if you want to gather re-interest in a rather old album it would be pointless to release the re-release with an old song. Therefore you need a new single. And then Timmy came and said that Rihanna did it, too.

you're right but i think that david guetta can postpone the release of the new single until nombember december and for now night of your life as a single and i think that this could be a great idea a new single for the end of the year.

i think with such a huge airplay the david's guetta label can discount the song and then titanium could achieve a new peak on billboard hot 100.
