a rock album wouldn't do better than GL, so be careful what you wish for :lol:

she said many times that it will be more pop and fun, so I hope she'll bring that :wink:

She's been quiet and on a break for 4 months now... Surely we will get the new single soon!?!? Maybe we will have to wait a little longer considering Epic scrapped the release of Ciara's "Sweat" :roll:

I wanted the new album in Fall too, but it looks like seriously everyone is coming back this year, so she should hold it back at least 1 month after GaGa's new single... all the buzz for Britney, GaGa & Beyonce did bad on Avril last year....she should come back in a month with no other b**ch pop releases :wink:

It's only been 1 year and 5 months since the release of GL. That's a short amount of time in album terms. There were 3 and 4 year gaps between Under My Skin and The Best Damn Thing and The Best Damn Thing and Goodbye Lullaby. So I can wait a little while longer

That would be a terrible plan. We all saw how a Q1 release worked out for her last time. She needs to drop the single in September and the album in November or early December. She may have more competition in Q4, but her sales will no doubt be a lot higher.
