As Xzibit as been put back until next month should it be removed from the chart?

This chart is now closed - once a song has entered the chart - it cannot be arbitrarily taken out. I understand that neither Xzibit or Benefit have been released yet (Benefit appear to have pulled completely) but they'll stay on the chart as long as people keep voting for them (and be reeligible if they drop out before they are actually released.
