Are you sure it is an Airplay chart?
All these singles had a commercial release in Canada (vynil format).
I'm not 100% sure

Quebec informations are so hard to find.......
Yes, Jeangrey. Québec chart information is very hard to find! I've tried with very limited luck myself.
And there's so many good acts from Québec!
Before the Soundscan system, it was probably difficult for a Canadian francophone record to make the Canadian charts, since they only sold good in the Québec province.
Also, the charts in Canada used to be very limited; only Top 10/20 up to 1982, then a top 30/40/50/75, until the todays Top 100.
You can notice this clearly on Céline Dion's Canadian chart history. Her first francophone record to make the chart was "Dion Chante Plamondon" at #57 (even though it sold 2xPlatinum), when the chart expanded to a Top 75. When the Soundscan era began in 1996 (in Canada) you notice a notable change; "S'il Suffisait D'aimer" made #1.
I guess the Canadian chart system was very similair to the USA chart system before Soundscan; Unreliable.
To take an example; US country acts almost never charted high, even though their records sold in big amounts, in the pre-Soundscan days.
Aries was right when saying those songs vere realised as singles, cause I have a complete Céline Dion 80's singles and albums discography, and there's more singles than the ones that charted.
But I still guess the Québec charts for singles were airplay charts, since the songs charted for very many weeks.
Maybe there's never been a Québec Singles Sales chart? And maybe the album chart there has apppeared in later years?
Since it's so hard to find the chart archieves I mean.
