One of the differences, is that in early 1969, (W/E 22nd February), you have, 'Love Child', by Diana Ross & The Supremes, as a Number 13 UK Album - as does Hanboo, & the, 'Chart Watch' Site.

Thanks for pointing this out. However, I have a number of things to say about the various chart books around. Researching into who actually put them together, you will find that The Complete Book got a lot of there information from the Guinness Books (so lets assume the data was a direct copy, at least in part.) The Graham Betts book is identical to the BHS 19 that I have so I assume large chunks where also, how can I put this nicely... carefully corrected to resemble the Guinness Book

In other words, copied!
Essentially I believe that there is one single source in common for the more modern versions of the chart books. This means that an error in one is an error in the others as well. Checking my 1984 produced copy of 'Guinness Hits Of The 60's, which is good enough to list all RE for albums, I find that the Supremes album above is exactly as I have it and as Han has it. Plus, Han will have used the Music Week charts, and, since he has gone back to the original charts, is correct. Han has been known to be wrong occasionally, but these he will have had to go back to the Music Week charts since they where correct while the Record Mirror charts for 1969 where frequently in error.
ChartWatch are a lore unto themselves, but they differ from what I have as well.
All that is to basically say that I am right in this case and that the chart books should not always be trusted and, if they all say the same thing that does not mean they are correct – just well copied
