This early into the year they only release the top 20, since the entire top 100/200 wouldn't look like much : P

I could imagine it being Adele, actually, or alternatively LMFAO. Perhaps Lady Gaga.

Lol, well you seriously proved me wrong! I had forgotten all about Gaga's major Kouhaku boost that would've been added onto for this year... I can see Adele overtaking her soon, though.

PONPONPON has no digital certification yet... it didn't chart high enough to receive any soon either, but it might go Gold in the long run!

Thanks. I thought PONPONPON was a big hit in Japan, its MV has got many views on YouTube and people seemed to like it....

^ Well, the thing is, it definitely seemed to be a hit among certain audiences! The song did enter the top 10 on airplay for a week, but its digital success was mostly limited to iTunes. From what I've seen, to go Gold on PC downloads, a song needs to be in the top ten for iTunes for quite some time, and then it mostly takes a year or so. That's what I think will happen to the song.

It didn't do too well on mobile download sites though... I think the song WAS a major hit... but in a specific group of people.

Anyway, if I hear anything about it I'll let you know!

Nope, unfortunately not.

They're pretty low to begin with, though. Like 10%, I think?

SWEET LORD I need that book in my life o.O

Could you give me an idea of what exactly is inside it?
Fundamentally, it's the same as whitburn's TOP POP SINGLES.
Plus Total sales, Composer, Songwriter, Arranger and release date.
And All-time TOP300 Singles by total sales.
However, regrettably all are written in Japanese.
Mario--

If it's not too much trouble please post the highest chart position, total sales and release date for "She Sold Me Magic" by Lou Christie. Thanks very much.

Have the Music Labo Co, Ltd charts been published in book form?
