I have found those numbers but I don't have others missing albums.
Concerning 2Pac this figure (22.35M) is very interesting.
In fact, adding Loyal To The Game (over 1 million), 1 year of catalogue sales (around 1 million for 2Pac), "Live" + "Thug Life 'Volume I'" + "Nu-Mixx Klazzics" (est. 700k) and the Greatest Hits (4.5M shipped 5 years ago) 2Pac have sold between 29 and 31M soundscan only !
It seems that Billboard sales figure of December 2004 (24.4M) didn't take in account the greatest hits...
Amazing sales for 2Pac.

Hi Basil.

I'm new to this forum. I think you're doing a GREAT job. I see many useful informations. I've been following Billboard Charts for a few years now (although I'm Danish). And I'm especially interested in the catalog chart. The longevity of albums like "Dark side of the moon", "Legend", "Back in black" and others amazes me.

Luckily I googled my way to this forum!

I understand your concern above. Back in Black (1980)was released on cd around 1990, remastered in 1994, remastered again in 2003 and recently released as DualDisc in 2005!!!!
It would be interesting to see how the 5,129,100 is split!!!
