Here's some info from Germany:

These were the top acts with most weeks on the German album chart until 25/09/2009 according to MJ Dangerous:
15) Madonna 447 + 251 = 698 weeks

We need to add 21 weeks for Celebration, 4 for MDNA and 1 for the Complete Albums. Total is 724 weeks!
