This year we had:
* David Foster, Charice
* Santana
* Bruno Mars
* Justin Bieber
* McFly
We'll have:
* Maroon 5 (tonight)
* Uffie
* Avril Lavigne
* Sara Bareilles
* A Rocket To The Moon
* Andrea Bocelli
* Jakarta International Teen Festival (Katy Perry, Big Bang, Brown Eyed Girls)
* Super Junior and another random K-Pop acts
* Kylie Minogue
* Incubus
* Paramore

And I went to / am going to none. :cry:

Finger crossed that Beyonce & Chris Brown will come here this year. That's the reason I'm still keeping my money and stay away from those concerts. :cry:

deep purple in November. Going with my dad. No-one else would go with him. The things you have to do sometimes.

I was going to say I'd be in London that weekend, but unfortunately the gig is on a Thursday and I don't arrive until the Friday.

I see that Ellie Goulding is playing the same venue on the Friday night, and Lamb are playing the same venue 2 nights later!

Marvelous line-up. Although, I'm going to see them this summer in Katowice, shame Ellie had got sick last year when she was going to perform on Heineken Festival in Poland. She promised to come back....

Oooh, I've been looking for a concert thread for a while now. I honestly can't remember all the concerts I've been to so far, but I'll try.

Alicia Keys (Berlin, ~2004 for The Diary Of Alicia Keys)
Alanis Morissette (Berlin, 2007 or 2008 for Flavors Of Entanglement)
Beyoncé (Berlin, 2009, I Am... Tour)
Coldplay (Berlin, 2009, Viva La Vida Tour)
Frida Gold (Berlin, 2011 for Juwel)
Justin Timberlake (+ Black Eyed Peas) (Justified Tour)
Kelis (Berlin, 2010 for Flesh Tone)
Kylie Minogue (Hamburg, 2005 Showgirl Tour)
Kylie Minogue (Berlin, 2008 X Tour)
Kylie Minogue (+ Frida Gold) (Berlin, 2011 Aphrodite Les Folies)
Lady GaGa (+ Gary Go) (Berlin, 2009 The Fame Ball Tour)
Madonna (+ Robyn) (Berlin, 2008 Sticky & Sweet Tour)
Maroon 5 (Berlin, 2005 for Songs About Jane)
Medina (Berlin, 2011 Welcome to Medina Tour)
P!nk (Berlin, 2006 I'm Not Dead Tour)
P!nk (Berlin, 2009 Funhouse Tour)
Pet Shop Boys (Berlin, I guess it was in 2009 or 2010)
Robyn (Berlin, 2011 for Body Talk)

I think I forgot some but these are the ones I remember now.

And what is still to come is...

Janet Jackson (Berlin, 2011 Number Ones: Up, Close & Personal Tour)
Maroon 5 (Berlin, 2011 for Hands All Over)

My friend also wants to take me to Take That in Hamburg as she's got a spare ticket from a friend who can't go.

I know I don't get out much, but Kings of Leon were awesome. Probably the best gig i've been to. It was at Manchester Cricket Ground so it was open air and had a festival feel to it - also with the fact that there were about 40,000 people there made the atmosphere really great.

Band from Tennessee called Mona started off and they were really good. Then White Lies, who were probably the weakest. They started off good but it got a tad boring during the middle of their set because it was a bit samey. Then Zane Lowe did a DJ set which was quality.... got all the crowd going - I would pay just to go and see him do a full set to be honest!

Then obviously KOL were brilliant. Yeah, if anyone gets chance to see them next time around, I'd recommend it. :wink:
