I was talking and only briefly caught it - I wondered if it was Vicky? I can't remember if she got herself sorted or not?

Great episode though, the constant 'it's going to come out!', 'no it isn't' was great, glad it did finally! Hope Marcus kicks off as a result!

Is Steph back for good?

I don't think so. I think it was mentioned some pages back that she would only be making brief reappearances throughout this season.

I found the episode really touching and glad that Grantley got to do some proper acting for a change!

Was a bit too 'everyone's happy' at the end though!

More surprisingly, Doctor Who! Thank god, sick of DW winning every single year.

Woooo for Sharlene Whyte being the feisty head of pastoral care!!! :P
She was incredible as Adanna.

Also George Sampson was surpringly pretty good - really believable especially at the end you actually felt for him losing his dog!

Great opening episode.

I wish they would stop doing the pupil/teacher relationship thing which is obviously where Miss Montoya and Jonah seem to be going/

Yeah it was an absolutely QUALITY episode, and George Sampson was absolutely BRILLIANT! So shocked, for someone whose primary skill is dance he was an absolute revelation!

There were funny parts (Josh, Finn and the dog, Janiece and the kids), there were dramatic parts (Bex and Kyle) and moving parts (Kyle at the end)

It kinda had everything, great start!

Yeah I was thinking "oh they're doing that again"?

Good first episode, I don't like George Sampson for his cocky comments over the years but he was a decent actor.

Another great episode.
The part where she was holding the baby over the stairwell was really emotional. :(

I thought the baby stuff was a bit boring, I preferred the Grantley stuff this week.

I have a love/hate relationship with Waterloo Road.

Hate:
-How characters disappear without an explanation at the end of a series
-The ever changing cast: I don't know why but they don't seem to hold on to actors for more than one or two series. Meanwhile, they keep the children on for longer than they should be there!
-The "character of the week" storylines, where we see the character and we're supposed to think they've been to the school forever, go through an issue with them, then never see them again.
-They use the same house for everyone's houses, Grantly's house from last week used to be the Kelly's house and i'm not sure who before (I only started watching series 4)

Love:
-It reminds me of Grange Hill 8-) 8-)
-It has Lucien Laviscount in it mmmmmmmmmmm
-It is perfect for a Wednesday evening when there is literally nothing else on TV.

Oh, and Tina O'Brien's sister in it looks like a cross between the new Lauren in Eastenders and Hilary Duff. Uncanny.

Chesney from Shameless basically playing the same character!

Anyone else think Tom and Karen are gonna end up having a fling?

They certainly hinted at that today, wonder if it'll be as swept under the rug as Chris and Rachel?

Thought it was a bit dull this week until the end, which was admittedly quite good, glad Bex isn't totally disappearing once more!

Three Shameless cast now!

Jonah: "I'm 17..."
Cesca's brain: "...inches"
:D

What was that electro track 10 minutes in that went "i'm not going where you're going"? It was like something off Skins!
