I really don't think Wimbledon is the tournament for Andy. I think the hype is a bit over the top for the poor chap! I think someday he will win it, but not this year.

I believe his best hope for winning his first slam is the Australian Open, closely followed by the US Open.

But I swear, if he gets to the finals im going to fly over to Wimbledon :D the excitement..

Anyhow, im still as dedicated to andy murray as I always was :)

Pretty much predicted his year in my last comment. I knew wimbledon wouldn't be his due to the pressure, but my god did he do good! So upset when he lost and all the hate he was getting on twitter was abolutely annnoying as ever.

Lo and behold, the us open was a complete success. So much of a success that i was thrown into twitter jail head first for over celebration (not sorry). I am incredibly proud and happy that I have supported him for so long and I always knew he would prevail, despite those who thought otherwise.

I believe that 2013 is going to be a prominent year for Andy and have full belief that he can do it (I also said in my last post that he had a chance of winning the australian open, so let's see if he can do it  ). I for one am still buzzing after the us open and cannot wait for the new tennis season!!

Just wanted to add my appreciation for this man.

His US Open final win against Djokovic will be one of those sporting memories I will never forget - especially as it involved staying up until 2:30 am for the conclusion! To show the strength of character to come through and win in that 5th set was amazing.

Fun fact: If Murray wins the AO, he will become the first man in the Open Era to follow his 1st GS title by winning the next GS played.

I think he's got a good shot at doing it. Only 2 men in the draw (maybe 3, if you count Del Potro) have a chance of beating him, barring injury of course.
Counting down the days until 21 outsells Morning Glory in the UK.
Mission complete on 29.12.2012 :)
