I don't know. We're talking about South Korea not US. A controversy like this can really damage T-ara's image. There is a +80k-signature petition wanting T-ara to disband. :cry:

They're already lost two advertisements. :-?

I really don't understand what is happening. Some people is saying that Hwayoung has been bullied by other members, but they don't have strong proofs to sustain this (at least, I don't think they're strong.)

I wouldn't worry about T-ara. Sometimes a controversy/scandal just makes you stronger. Jiyeon, Eunjung and Hyomin are all huge stars outside of T-ara having starred in various dramas and variety shows. Sure, their reputation may be damaged quite a lot but with their status, they can easily bounce back. It may take a while for T-ara to regain their status as a top group, but I'm sure they'll return to the top.

Jay Park had a scandal and had to leave 2pm - now he's a HUGE solo act.
Remember GD's marijuana scandal and Daesang's car crash? Big Bang are now bigger than ever.
KARA split up and had a huge scandal with their record label - they're still massive.
Nickhun was recently in a drink driving scandal - no doubt he'll return to 2pm and they'll be huge again.
TVXQ's split looked unsalvageable - Yunho and Chagmin have made TVXQ bigger than they were before.

Scandals look AWFUL at the time, but after months and years pass, they just make a group stronger.

If T-ara (the group) breaks up, then that's a real shame. I have no doubt that individual members will be fine though.

^ It is really hard to measure the damage of these gossips. T-ara's biggest fan site is shutting down. They're losing deals. The girls were expected to comeback this month, but I don't see it happening.
What makes me sad is that people are hating T-ara based on unreliable rumors! It feels like k-pop fans are very immature and childish and they can't separate the fiction from the fact. They're so thirsty for answers that they believe anything they read on Internet.

I liked T-ara.. but they are done in Korea..and maybe Japan. Outcast is extremly serious social problem here.

Nobody believes that it's just rumor here...members and CEO indirectly admited their behaviors through twitter and articles..

After silence, CEO revealed it's just simple conflict. but Hwayoung and her family denied that. And she's dropped out of the group. Other memebers are still quiet.

That's the reason even their biggest fansties are shutting down ..

There were rumors of RaNia‘s possible comeback last month but now we have a confirmed date.

On August 6th, RaNia’s official fan cafe posted the following message:

RaNia’s comeback date has now been confirmed.

We will hold our first broadcast on Inkigayo September 2nd.

We bow our heads in apologies and gratitude to the fans who have been waiting for us for 9 long months.

First and foremost, RaNia’s song “Killer” produced by famous producers overseas and performed at the Dream Concert is the song we will be breaking the US market with, and it is also a ‘fan-service’ song for all of the fans. It is not a title song, but one that will be included as a sub-track in the next mini-album.

The title track being used for this comeback was worked on by an amazing producing team as well as a famous designer. It is a project that is sure to shock all of you, so please look forward to it.

We will return with even better news very soon.

Am I the only one who didn't know that Park Bom is 28 y.o and Sandara is 27 y.o?! I thought Dara was the youngest member of 2NE1. In my head she was like 18 y.o., Bom and Minzy was 20 and CL was 22.
