Katy Perry is so not in Nelly's league. when she comes up with something as original, as well conducted and as well written as Folklore then we can talk.

Nelly Furtado is a much more creative artist with much more depth.

Nelly left a creative footprint with Folklore while Katy releases interchangeable dance/pop albums without substance.

I feel so disgusted when I see ppl like bragging about how much $$$ their fav mainstream artists are earning. like seriously, who the f.ck... ahh I cant even find words to express how ridiculous it is.. like seriously, I pity ppl with such way of thinking. its beyond ridiculous.
bcos so many very talented (underground) musicians are struggling while commercial antitalents are making millions and millions in the music biz. they could almost be called thieves... nothing to be proud of. even those who are very talented, they are way overpaid. but thats fine, I just dont feel bad about downloading their music illegally when they are earning millions with tv appearances, their own fashion lines, fragrances, tv commercials etc.

oh I can imagine how they are struggling to be able to afford making those high budget video clips usually for the most mediocore songs of their albums lol

anyway, I express my support in form of $ for those of my fav musicians, in the first place, who are in need of support to cover the costs of making and releasing good quality music and going on tours so I can see them perform for affordable ticket prices, not to cover the costs of their luxurious lifestyle.
