Everton's winning goal last night missed by ITV!!!!!!!!!

Is Liverpool's season falling apart??????????

One thing is for sure the FA Cup is totally wide open.

Yes, this just confirmed what all football fans in Britain already thought.... ITV shouldn't be allowed any rights to cover live footy!

It would take a brave or crazy man to back against Manure for the title now. They've become masters of grinding out the 1-0 win it seems. It's kind of ironic how last season most of the attention was on their free-scoring attack whereas this season the plaudits must surely go to their defence. It's a shame that a title race that promised so much earlier in the season has tailed off so soon, but that's down to the rest not being up to it. Still a way to go but no-one else really looks like catching Manure up now, especially taking into account that their remaining games are, on paper, a lot better than anyone else's. For the rest of the big four and Villa it's really just a case of what order they'll finish in from places 2nd to 5th.

I'd like to see Villa hang onto a Champions League qualifying place this season, I think the top four needs breaking up to retain some interest at the top end of the league. I'd rather that it was at someone else's expense but if it's at Chelsea's then so be it. We need to rebuild our team over the next year or so, in particular the midfield and attack, and hopefully we can do this without Scolari as this guy is tactically clueless.

If Aston Villa do break into the Top 4,it can only be good for the Premiership.

I'm no glory supporter, i've followed the blues all my life through the bad times and good. I wouldn't care where they finished this season as long as from now till the end of the season they at least play with passion and fight again - which they seem to have lost during Scolari's tenure as manager. It undoubtedly went wrong for Scolari when Steve Clarke departed as assistant.

L-I-V-E-R-P-double O-L, Liverpool FC! Get in, well done!

And a 4-0 win for the Gooners!

Good week for both of us, young Davies!

I'm sure they will win nothing this year, they remind me Netherlands at Euro 2008 looking very strong but being much less solid than what it seems!

1-4, wtf happened. United just didn't turn up, but all credit to the bindippers, turned us over well & truly, gonna be a nervy end to the season now, hate that f***ing League Cup, everytime we win that, we win f**k all after it, hope the jinx doesn't work this season, but stranger things have happened.

Well i tell you what it has certainly made the finish of the season more exciting for the neutral fan.

Cheers Cidermaster

PS In the run in Liverpool at home to Arsenal could be a crunch game to say the least.

You are on fire lately Ste, I really hope you get the title!

Yes for our win, and you for beating Villa, three points clear in 4th now, a great turnaround!

I too hope Newcastle go down!
