After listening to 'My Same', I am pretty much convinced she is very stubborn. You can never force her to do anything. So, its all on Adele when she wants to quit smoking.

Lazy!? She has been extremely busy this year. Promo wise in the UK alone she has done This Morning, Alan Carr, Live Lounge, Brits, Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton, iTunes festival + her tour.
Then we also have the US tour with all the promo she has done over there and she has done European promo aswell.

one and only is prolly my fav., it should be the 4th single imo.

btw i love the route she'll may take for the next album, country/bluegrass. i hope she does it in a gritty/real way, no garth brroks/kenny chesney/faith hill shit. more like otis taylor, johnny cash, 16 horsepower and ok...some like alison krauss.

I have a hard time deciding between One and Only, Melt My Heart To Stone, Set Fire To The Rain and He Won't Go.

But if I was forced to choose only one Adele song, I'd go with One and Only....
