What do you exactly mean ? :-?

Well, it might be too dry, oily, greasy, saggy, wrinkly, spotty or it could be covered in moles and not tan a great amount...

Yeah,, there are different types of Skin, black, white, dry, oily, pale, orange, that bird from Skunk Anansie.

Im obesessed with my body.

I hate almost every part of it :x I go to the gym EVERY second day, still I look horrible. :-? My body just cant look better!!

I like my hearcut only.

Kuba, stop looking at the magazines ...
If you visit gym everyday I think that your body has to be amazing ... each body is different and your is perfect in your way ...

And I think you need someone to show you that s/he loves your body ...

I don't hate my body, but I don't like it all that much. If I could snap my fingers and have it differently I would. But in reality, I'm too lazy to work out and too poor to have surgery.
I'll make do.

My hair (I love how it is naturally straight, because both my sisters have the afro style hair, but I've gone to the Iranian side hairwise and it is naturally straight)
Breasts (as big headed as that sounds, I think mine are quite decent! :oops: )
My skin (the color could've been a bit better, but I've never suffered spots, so alls good)
My Nose (lovely shape)

Dislike / Hate
My hair (As much as I love having straight hair, I will never be able to rock an afro! :( )
My eyes (my sisters have such big eyes, that are very bright, but mine are ugly!)
My butt. (when i eat the "junk tends to go into the trunk" :lol: )
My height (I'm quite short!)

My hair | It's nice and flicky
My skin | Really clear and I basically never get spots
My eyes | They're nice brown, which complements my skin, which I thought was really pale, but is apparently kinda tanned, but I think it varies on lighting :P
My lips | Dunno why, just like the shape :P I bite them though so they look ragged

DISLIKE:

My body | skinnny! :(
My hands | Randomly broke out in some weird ski9n thing and can be sore and it sorta looks like a rash.
My feet | Athletes foot.
My nose | It will probably turn out massive. Not the cute little baby nose anymore. It's not big yet
Eyebrows | Monobrow :x
My forehead | RIHANNA :x

I really don't understand why you're so uncomfortable with it. IMO you're one of the most appealing guys on here. No reason to hide. :-?

Get comfortable with yourself first before you give such an advice. Sounds very hypocritical.

I hate my skin, always get spots despite it never really being greasy. Does my head in! Oh & I don't like my hair much either, it's ridiculously thick.

Yeah I agree.

The thing you need to do is believe it. It's your body and it responds to what you want it to do. It sounds so ridiculous but actually picture your body the way you want it, believe that going to the gym is working & it'll change.

If you don't believe what you're doing will work, it won't and you'll be wasting your time and making yourself unhappy.

The reason why I hate my body now is that I didnt work out for over 20 years and it really looks awful now.

Im trying my best to do something, I run everyday, I work out everyday, and still no effects. I even eat only one meal per day... still no effects. :x

I was in a great shape a couple of years ago but piled college work has forced me to lose my fitness ability and endurance. I'm going to try get back into it during the summer though*.

*wishful thinking.

Of what I DO like, I suppose I can count these:

- My teeth/smile - Probably my proudest feature since it has cost me over €3,000 over the past few years.
- My height - another thing I'm happy about. I'm about 6 feet but it's not *too tall*. The only bad thing is that sometimes I have to crouch down in small areas or at doorways, so I sympathize with anyone taller. :lol:
- My face in general (I've been told I have a "cute" type of face? Meh).
- Erm, my shoe size? Not too big or small*.

*For Nekoo, I mean ACTUAL shoe size!

On topic:

I love how big my eyes are (for a Chinese guy), skin color, teeth (after my geeky braces) and how i'm quite hairy.

I'm just 5"5' but I'm built quite well proportionately to my height so i don't care much being quite smaller than my girlfriend when she's on heel.s :P

I've gotten fat though :oops: :oops:

Who told you to do that? :P

The key is to eat 5 meals per day- breakfast lunch and dinner plus two snacks in between.

Just cut down on sweets and fatty foods and increase your protein intake. go to the gym 4 times a week then you'll do ok. Play tennis with me every week then you'll be fit!! :wink:

Yeah one meal a day is NOT good for your body. It's all about the food you eat, not the amount.

The food pyramid asks you to eat a rediculous amount of food, but I'm sure people get in great shape if they follow it :P

Good to see the youth of today have a sensible head on their shoulders. :)

Yeah I agree with the above statements, your routine sounds really bad for your body - it's probably why it isn't working.

Get some advice or start a topic on here and we'll be glad to advise you.

I know everybody has different bodies but it's mostly the same process.
