The cover is kinda disappointing and/or cheap IMO, but who cares really, it's gonna sell a lot and its lead single is already a smash!

Singles collections aren´t selling well lately.I bet on 1-1,5 millions at most.

i doubt that it will even outsell Blackout due to the fact that Greatest Hits don't perform well on charts (at least not like studio albums as well) and also because there's ONLY 1 NEW SONG in it...
it will sell like 750k in the US and 1,5 globally at it's best...

Well I think it has no chance to outsell Circus in the US and as far as first week sales I'd say about 100k for maybe a 500k total in the US.

At least it's better than Circus (it was like a Barbie's magazine cover!)
Her photos are like Victoria's Secret advertising. It's a neutral cover.

As a graphic designer, I'm frequently shocked at the low-grade design being done for album covers by major artists these days. Britney's "Circus" had a lot of potential, but it turned out looking cheap... like the photo was taken at Sears. Compare it to Pink's "Funhouse" cover, and there is no competition. Pink's cover is the clear winner for a variety of reasons. The photo seems to be taken with a purpose that compliments the design, or influences the design. Britney's looks like a basic less-than-stellar photo with some stuff slapped on top, much like "Blackout."
This being said, britney has never had any really good album covers, in my opinion. My favorite is probably the "Greatest Hits" with the black lace outfit on the metallic backdrop. The rest are all very amateur looking to me. I'm not even going to talk about single covers. Yikes.

If you really want to see fantastic covers, you must go back to 1983 and Kate's Bush " Never For Ever". Make a photo search on google for example and you will see what I mean...

The album mentioned in the post above:
Kate Bush - Never Forever (1980) cover
I think it speaks for itself!
Not just a cover of true art, but the album aswell.
The Britney box.. I think it looks good! And I hope it'll sell more than you guys predict. But there should of course be more than only one New song.
Is it 3?
Kate Bush - the creator of all things

I hope so, but for standard version (the same as GH:MP), the different is only new track "3" which all people already has
and only the fans will buy Ultimate-box because it's really expensive
the same things for Blackout, only fans bought it
I mean The Single Collection will not be sold more than Blackout (the 5th studio album which had many great songs)

i think she should promote the album even more than she did with "Circus"..i mean why can't she add some promotion on TV with performence, she can do so many show and it works well!
btw the album cover as the whole is good but the pictures itselves are amazing!
BTW! i see some mistake on the album cover definite?y it seems to be in a chronological way so 4th (IN THE ZONE era) pic should be instead of 5th (BRITNEY era)!

No television promotions?
I remembered watching her on GMA so she may decide to promote on TV.

i think THE SINGLES COLLECTION will be a hit in countries where compilation albums sell well like Japan,Uk.For US i predict first week sales around 150-180 and final 600-750k maybe more because she will take advantage of the holiday season,in europe i predict 500-600k ,for Japanand (ASIA) 200-300k and for the rest (Australia-Mexico-Argentina etc like 200-300k)
so for me this project will end up selling the most 2mil which will be a very good result although i think it will score 1,6 mil because of only one new single (there will be no way to promote it for a long time)
