i wan t more madonna music , for surespiritboy wrote:At this point, i don't care if she treats her future albums as she did with MDNA. As long as she delivers a fantastic show, that's all that matters.
She probably doesn't care about charts and sales anymore. As for SB, i think it's more about showcasing her performing abilites than promoting the album. They could've simply released the album the tuesday after SB.

i wan t more madonna music , for sure
I am neither rich nor do I live in a market she tours in, so the touring thing doesn't matter to me, I want music first and foremost. At the end of the day that matters more to me than tours, perfume, clothing lines, movies and everything else.
or another ray of light album ,stevyy wrote:absolutely.NothingFails wrote:Same here.alek wrote:

Just putting these names in the same sentence is some king of wrong...!
I don't compare them, just point out to some people who constantly say MDNA flopped.GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:How can you compare Madonna to Alexandra Burke or Adam Lambert?![]()

Yes, but (in my opinion) you can't compare Madonna sales to those nobodies sales!spiritboy wrote:I don't compare them, just point out to some people who constantly say MDNA flopped.GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:How can you compare Madonna to Alexandra Burke or Adam Lambert?![]()

So as long as MDNA sells more than American Life or Hard Candy, it's not a flop?GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:Yes, but (in my opinion) you can't compare Madonna sales to those nobodies sales!spiritboy wrote:I don't compare them, just point out to some people who constantly say MDNA flopped.GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:How can you compare Madonna to Alexandra Burke or Adam Lambert?![]()

I mean so even Heartbreak On Hold is not a flop compared to the sales of Heidi Montag's album, Not Myself Tonight is not a flop single compared to Cassie last singles...
At this point every flop (or pseudo flop) of a bigger artist isn't a flop if you compare the sales with some Z-list singers.
I was just saying that you can't say an album isn't a flop just because it has sold more than a flop album of a failed singer...!spiritboy wrote:So as long as MDNA sells more than American Life or Hard Candy, it's not a flop?GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:Yes, but (in my opinion) you can't compare Madonna sales to those nobodies sales!spiritboy wrote:I don't compare them, just point out to some people who constantly say MDNA flopped.GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:How can you compare Madonna to Alexandra Burke or Adam Lambert?![]()

of course you can t put madonna on the same sentence of other artists , the fact is that madonna started before , in 1983 , always madonna s sales will be good compared with the new acts...GoodBoyGoneBad wrote:How can you compare Madonna to Alexandra Burke or Adam Lambert?![]()

I absolutely love that song. I wish it was included on Celebration instead of Revolver. I think it was nixed because it was too similar to Sorry?
Oh I agree. Animal rulesDavNcc1701E wrote:I also wish Animal made it onto Hard Candy....
