I could not find a topic where we could discuss new games that we have begun playing, so I thought this could be the place then :D

Last week I bought WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 for the PS2. I buy it every year, I have the whole series from the first game right up to 2010.

It's so much fun :D

I don't buy many DS games though, I download them all cos I have a R4 card to put them all on.

But recently I got a Pokemon Emerald cartridge, which is my fave Pokemon game 8-)

My next purchase will definitely be Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver.
One for the money, two for the show, I love you honey, I'm ready ready to go...

I bought Dead Space & Devil May Cry 4 for the PS3 last week.

Then I went and got SingStar for PS3, had to choose 2 song packs between Vol. 3, ABBA, Queen and Motown...

...so I picked Vol. 3 and Queen

There are really no games that interest me in PS3, that consol is a total failure.. I hope they release a new Suikoden though... And Resident Evil was great, multiplayer that is..

If it's anything like Phantom Hourglass I'll stay very far away from it. What an atrocity to the Zelda series.

I have diverse taste in video games  I like beating up people in my WWE games, but I also like cute Pokemon

On the weekend I'm probably going to buy Civilization IV - I read about it and it sounds really fun and it got fantastic reviews. I looooooooove Civilization II, it's so much fun.

I think I can get the game and it's expansions for like $40 :D

I want The Sims 3 too, but I don't think my PC is good enough to run it :-?

I have not played Phantom Hourglass, but after playing this amazingly funny and tricky game I must buy PH after I have finished.

You use the stylus in the same way I guess, but I have only read critics that love this game!
Dont know if it was the same for Phantom...

You should try it.. Your gonna fall in love with all the puzzles, the constant travelling by train (instead of running on the field) which I think is a new and different positive way of playing Zelda.

And the manusscript of course :D

Sounds like PH. The constant moving by boat, have no clue where your going, the constant interruptions, the tricky stylus-use and the puzzles that just don't grab my interest like other Zelda games.

I'm just like you, not a big fan of the travelling by boat thing - like in Wind Waker. But this is not confusing in any way, with the train. It's pretty easy moving around and funny aswell.
And I'm not sure what kind of interruptions you mean, but I cant say there is any at all here.

The stylus-use is kind of tricky, but it doesnt take long time to learn how to handle it, and the puzzles are traditional Zelda ones. It is just a new way of playing the game, enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this game! :D

 This is so weird because I absolutely adored the travelling by boat in WW.

The interruptions is that female pirate always popping up wherever I ago, as with the octopus things.

In fairness though, I do think this looks better than PH, so if I ever get the money I might buy it. I just think it's really cool how we like different aspects of the game. :D

Maybe it would be better to start of with the first one in the series, but I'm so obsessed with my DS right now, so we shall see. If I like this game, I'll probably get the other ones for PS2! :D

Why is Kingdom Hearts 1 so brilliant in your opinion??? 8-)

I'm gonna begin on The Hand Of The Heavenly Bride after I've finished Chapters Of The Chosen!! 8-)

COTC is a really great game. The music and missions, altough I did get kind of stuck when you begin to travel by boat.

I've never been a fan of boat-travelling in gamees, except from Zelda: Wind Waker.
It was OK, really annoying sometimes, but since it was Zelda I tried to like it anyways! :D

Yer I thought the same with COC. It was good but really annoying. The character switchingh. I mean Torneko was annoying and i hated playing as him. I loved it towards the end when you could choose.
Heavenly Bride is perhaps one of ym favourite DS games. its amazing.

Nahh, Torneko is not me favorote player neither!! I liked how the player got to know each character so well, and play as them before everyone became a team.

As soon as I'm finished with this, I will begin on HB.

Super Mario Bros for Wii is a really easy game, but reminds you so much of the joy when playing earlier Mario games from NES & SNES.

I just wish every world would have more stages. :-?
