I cannot help but feel a bit worried tbh. I don't want her to hype this up the way she did with BTW. I want a more light-hearted era where every move is carefully planned, I mean, there's no need to run!! She's one of biggest stars in the world, receives a lot of media attention and has a huge fanbase so I hope she takes it easy this time, she doesn't need to promote it the way she did with BTW. What she needs IMO is a good catchy pop song with any pretentious or "love yourself" message as the lead single, just a club banger ala WFL (with deeper lyrics of course!) and a normal length video (no more than 5 min please) directed by a professional director. That's all I ask.

Some things don't make much sense, a single in late summer/early fall and album in 2013?? Too far away. I hope the single comes out in winter or something like that.

Lady Gaga was spotted entering a clinic in Sydney earlier today. While entering, she was surrounded by bodyguards and had her face covered. Rumor has it that it was an urgent visit and it may have been a checkup for her concussion.

Lady Gaga’s manager interviewed at conference in Singapore

When he was asked to talk about the protests held in Jakarta, Indonesia, he said this:

It’s less about Gaga than it really is what’s happening in the world right now as a whole, this is a microcosm. It’s a generational divide. Jesus Christ got crucified. It happens.

However, he expressed how the singer’s team had enjoyed everything about their trip to Asia this spring.

Asia is a very loyal audience and an audience that really, really loves music….it’s not a passive audience at all…we plan on spending a lot more time here.

No details about Lady Gaga’s next album were revealed, but he talked about her record deal:

We have I think three records left with Universal [Interscope]. There may be a [record label] system there by the time her deal’s up that looks more attractive.

He also mentioned Gaga hasn’t made it yet, and called her a ”200-lb toddler.” He also talked about The Born This Way Ball.

It’s gonna be an additional year before that tour is over. It’s a long album cycle but it’s part of the storytelling.
