It's obvious that Katy and Kesha have similar songs cuz these singles have the same producers 
Dr Luke has his own style, and he knows what sells the best Try to sing TiK ToK during California Gurls chorus 
It's a funny effect Anyway, both songs are very catchy. I only believe that Luke will stop using similar beats for different songs, or he will end like Timbaland.
