Jordins Eating Tips:
Don’t eat anything two hours prior to bedtime.
Eat only one serving of your favorite dishes instead of two.
Eat the veggies first so you won’t eat as much bread.
One way to still enjoy your favorite dishes more often is to have dinner parties. Eat a small portion and then send the rest home with everyone else.
What’s On Jordin’s Plate?
Breakfast– 1/2 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt with 3/4 cup fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup granola.
Lunch– A turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with veggie fixings such as cucumbers, pickles, tomatoes, bean sprouts, and just a little mayo. To drink, she has 8 ounces of throat coat tea.
Snacks– Tiny pieces of Toblerone to quench the sweet/chocolate cravings.
Dinner– Mixed greens with about 6 ounces of salad and three large strawberries topped off with a serving of Newman’s Own light champagne dressing. She washes it all down with a glass of water or tea.
