We walked down to this area that had glass doors & windows. You could see barricades, curtains etc. Since Julius is so tall, we spotted him inside. So of course that meant that Beyonce hadn't left yet. People were in & out of the doors...Jenke, Justin etc. So we just kept waiting there while the various crews were packing up their equipment. We decided that if security came over we'd just say that we were waiting for Yvette. We were probably there for 10-15 min. A few different people said they were going to send Yvette out but she didn't come. Eventually security told us that we had to leave. Some of us started walking away & then the rest of the group waved us to come back. So, more waiting. Matthew came out and told us how Beyonce really wanted to have fans there and not just celebs, dignitaries, etc. Yvette finally came out and hugged each of us and basically said the same thing.
Matthew told us that he really wished that he could just say 'c'mon back'. Yvette agreed but then said that Melissa would kill her because they were trying to get Beyonce out of there. Anyway, she & Matthew were telling each other, 'you go ask, you're the favorite' lol. They told us to just hang on and they talked to the security guy so we wouldn't get kicked out before they came back.
A couple of minutes later we finally got inside and were standing outside of the reception area (closed off by curtains). Matthew mentioned that he just uploaded pics from the night on Beyonce.com. Finally after a few more minutes Julius came out of the reception area followed by Beyonce. They looked like they were headed straight for the exit but she came right over once we called her name. Julius of course had the 'I dare you' stare. She had changed so she was wearing a white button-down shirt & denim shorts. She hugged each of us, like a real hug. She's so sweet & ridiculously pretty in person. I've been fortunate to meet her several times but I will NEVER get over how much more beautiful she is in person. This was my first time getting a full-on hug from her so that totally made my night (life). She told us that she wanted us to know how much it means to her to look out when she's performing and see her fans. She said she loved us and appreciated our support. Like I mentioned before she said 'y'all got me'. And then she was off lol. It was pretty short & sweet but she was very gracious esp since she said she was trying to catch her copter before the weather got bad. On the way out is when we saw Ty & he told us about the dress.
