One of the best bands ever

Indeed, one of the best acts ever. They are my favorite goup of the last 20 years.

Their last album was a disappointment to me. Actually I like their solo records more than Dig Out Your Soul. But they have some phenomenal records.

I'd rank them as follows:

1. (What's the Story) Morning Glory?
2. Definitely Maybe
3. Don't Believe the Truth
4. Be Here Now
5. The Masterplan (bsides comp but good enough to be compared with the rest)
6. Heathen Chemistry
7. Standing on the Shoulder of Giants
8. Dig Out Your Soul

I have only listened to (What's The Story?) Morning Glory and it's quite a masterpiece. And I love I'm Outta Time from their last album, so I guess I should check out more from them.

I should make more effort with them one of these days, even though I know quite a few songs by them, they are really not among my faves at all.
