Oh yeah, it was a big hit! I was thinking of "Should've Known Better" while writing it. "So Gone" reached #10 in Billboard Hot 100 also!emilhot wrote:Wasn't it more than a moderate success? Well looking at the chart data (#6 R&B/Hip-Hop & #19 Hot 100) "Should've Known Better" was a pretty big hit too to me, but different opinions about that i guessGetBack wrote:Oh yeah, it was a big hit! Absolutely not which is why she isn't stressing the numbers. Her and her label made an agreement on how many records would be sold and if she chose 150k or less then she is perfectly fine. Me and a few other members talked with her a few weeks ago and trust me she is fine.tada wrote:the album is dead by now:

really wonder if she's gonna get dropped
What are her thoughts about the sales?monica1 wrote:Absolutely not which is why she isn't stressing the numbers. She needs a Best Of and then a new studio album!!!GetBack wrote:What are her thoughts about the sales?monica1 wrote:Absolutely not which is why she isn't stressing the numbers. Good idea. She has enough material for a solid Greatest Hits.preyan wrote:She needs a Best Of and then a new studio album!!!
Agree! New Life (In McDonalds) would be more successful!emilhot wrote:I don't think a greatest hits is what she needs to make another comeback
Yeah a greatest hit would sell less than 100k at this point in her carreer! She needs a bigger album, before she releases a greatest hits!PosziMC2 wrote:Agree! New Life (In McDonalds) would be more successful!emilhot wrote:I don't think a greatest hits is what she needs to make another comeback

True! Especially when I heard "Until It's Gone". She can do really gospel-heavy tracks just for a change, I mean, if Whitney who was the biggest mainstream artist at that time came up with gospel soundtracks, she definitely should as well, especially since she loves talking about moving on, new beginnings, succeeding after trials, etc! Her voice is very capable of doing that.ThaInfo1 wrote:She killed "I Love The Lord". Had me rethink about how amazing a vocalist she really is.
Would love to hear her do her own gospel song.
