They shouldn't release so many Best Ofs and should just do one once she had enough singles that justify one (and then not put them all on it but just the best of the best which is why it's called "Best Of" and not "some of the better ones")... Not one studio album and directly another best of album, I wonder what they expect from that: They'll end as flops anyway, the production costs will be even higher .
