Hit The Lights is currently back to #249 on iTunes.
Maybe it can get a Gold certification without being in the Top100...

Seems like When The Sun Goes Down could only sell as long as Love You Like A Love Song was charting, too.
I remember A Year Without Rain spending some time on Billboard 200 after A Year Without Rain (single) was already out of the Hot 100 (and the single wasn't as successful as LYLALS).

Overall, the era was quite successful and Gold fit their standards, though I hoped for Platinum as the album had such a great start and Love You Like A Love Song could've given it great longevity...

I didnt know Hollywood Records was actively promoting this!! I mean first Dancing with the Stars, now a new video. I'm literally shocked.

btw another (shocking) question: Did she make her lips? When i see the Dancing with the Stars performance her lips looks so lana-del-reyish ^^ Maybe it's just the lipstick and the light and so...

And Mileys last album sold only ~300-400k copies (if i remember right) so that's so much less than Selena's album sold...

Miley is huge because of Hannah Montana and her songs are good

But Selena is bigger right now with Waverly Place and all her movies she did, + the relationship with Bieber

Both are good, I like Selena more just becuase shes hot

I hoped it would have entered itunes top 100 but it hasnt. They are doing the right things but not marketing well so the promo is wasted!

Exactly! They were supposed to be on hiatus. Then boom, performance on DWTS, then new video. So my hopes are hope.

I wish they would just send My Dilemma to Pop. That song is a certified smash. Rock Mafia really wanted that song as the third single.
