I wish it had at least charted as well. Poor way to finish the era. It all went downhill after she announce the hiatus. She should have waited until all promo for the era was done! Kinda jumped the gun there and killed momentum.

Also, Love You Like A Love Song is GOLD in Sweden for 10.000 copies!

btw i'm still shocked that HTL wasn't in the BB Hot 100... even a peak around #90 would have made me happier...

Yes HTL

It is an amzing song, but I guess that the promo wasnt right for it.
She sang it at the EMA and that was it, no big announcements nothing !

Anyways My Dilemma is a great choice.

NEW ALBUM IS COMING NEXT SUMMER!!

According to THIS page she will going to start working for the next album in the end of this year!!

And on wikipedia is an interesting statement:

In recent interviews about future music projects, Gomez has stated that the Spanish album could be released somehow in December 2012, as well as starting her fourth album and releasing it in July 2013, with possible collaborations from Fun. and Taylor Swift. She also said that the fourth album would be the last under the Hollywood Records label, unless signing a new contract, and that it will be very mature, with whole new producers and sounds.

Since there is no source for this and wiki isn't 100% reliable i'm not sure if this is correct, but it sounds cool!

First of all, "My Dilemma 2.0" don't get a release. Hollywood Records won't release it as the fourth single. Maybe later, or never.

Then, there are amazing news from France!

"Love You Like A Love Song" entered the Top20 on the French Single Charts for the first time this week, moving 23 - 20. Chartrun so far there:

68-57-65-61-62-61-54-32-32-30-31-23-*20*-

It's also her first single charting there.

Also, the album "When The Sun Goes Down" finally benefits from the success of LYLALS and came back to the Album Top200 last week at #103 and now climbs back to #92!

Well, it looks like the 4th album is coming out next march according to this new article.

They also say that "When The Sun Goes Down" sold 642,000 copies.

The last number we had was 602,463 copies back in april, so it sold approximately ~5,7k per month

642000 in the US is really good nowadays.
If you look at Rihanna who is everywhere and a Megastar now, shes selling like 1.5 m in the US !

I really like her albums, I hope the article is true, but she should do it without the Scene

But you're right about the sales. It's really good. I wish we would know the sales for the other two albums too.

"A Year Without Rain" was at 751,439 7 months ago while "Kiss & Tell" was at 864,135 10 months ago.

So "Kiss & Tell" could be platinum in the future
