By the way, what determines when an album becomes a catalog album on the US charts?

Did RIAA certified the album 3x-platinum yet.... I don't see the update or her being at 11 million albums on the best selling artist list...

They havn't certified it yet, I hope they do though as it's definitely over 3 million now with 3,022,101 in sales. Maybe with the new attention being given to it in the form of the discount it might be certified. Hopeful stan...

What best selling list are you referring too, I'm curious?

This. 4 + 3 + 3 + 1 = 11 million certified copies (for 12,390,000 copies sold) which is enough to be in this list.
When Dangerously in Love will be certified 5× Platinum, it will be able to be in this list too.
