I also have a midweek points update for you today! That would look the Top 10 if the chart week ended today. It works very similair to kworb's iTunes sales data - the points gap between the number one and each other spot is shown in percents. For example, Electric Bass has earned 970 points so far for four days (Monday - Thursday) and it's being the leader at the moment. Kill My Boyfriend has scored 916 so far and this is the third highest ammount now. The gap between them is 54 points and it's ~5,57% of 970. It means that Natalia's points are currently 94,43% of Marina's points.

#1 MaRina - Electric Bass...............................................................100% (+0%)
#2 Selena Gomez - Love You Like a Love Song..................................95,67% (+1,71%)
#3 Natalia Kills - Kill My Boyfriend.....................................................94,43% (+0,42%)
#4 Lloyd - Dedication to My Ex (Miss That)........................................93,81% (-0,87%)
#5 Honey - Sabotaz.........................................................................93,20% (+1,66%)
#6 Ewa Farna - Nie Przegap.............................................................93,20% (+2,30%)
#7 Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris - We Found Love..................................87,53% (+0,97%)
#8 Bruno Mars - It Will Rain..............................................................81,44% (+0,65%)
#9 Katy Perry - The One That Got Away............................................77,53% (+1,01%)
#10 Kelly Clarkson - Behind These Hazel Eyes..................................74,64% (+31,81%)

Those numbers in brackets shows the increase of each song - but this time not in points, but in percents. Example again: Ewa Farna had 91,05% to number one on Tuesday and now she has only 93,20%. The song has increased 2,15 percentage point and after simple calculations - 2,30 percent. But the Maths is not the most important here of course :D

That's all. Hope you understand and like it. If you've got some questions, just ask ;)

Week 19/2 (01/15/2012)

Thanks again for all your comments! The last week's chart arrives a bit later than usually because I have almost no free time now. Anyway, I promise I'll try to update this thread regularly.

Four debuts this week including two in Top 10, four songs increases, eleven decreases and one stays at previous week's position. At no. 17 enters chart Lady Gaga's track 'Highway Unicorn (Road to Love)' and bring total number of singer's songs on the chart to three. However, there isn't any Gaga's song in the Top 10. The next new entry, at no. 14, has Pitbull - it's 'International Love' featuring Chris Brown - it's the first Pitbull's song in the chart history (since September 2011).

Top 10 this week also opens a debut - it's 'No Angel' by Milk Inc. However, the song isn't that new at all as it was released quite long time ago - in 2007. Same thing with the new entry at 8th spot - it's 'Behind These Hazel Eyes' by Kelly Clarkson. To honour songs like these, I decided give a special award - Golden Star - to all songs on the chart released more than three years ago.

Let's take a look at Top 5 now - at 5th spot this week places 'Dedication to My Ex (Miss That)' by Lloyd - the song is the Greatest Gainer of the week. 4th spot lands 'Kill My Boyfriend' by Natalia Kills - the song jumps 6-4 on its second week on chart (mainly thanks to the video release). At 3th spot stays strong Ewa Farna and her 'Nie Przegap' - although the song increases in points, it's still not strong enought to beat the top two songs. Last week the battle for the top spot won Selena and her 'Love You Like a Love Song' , but only thanks to one extra point. Is she able to hold off MaRina from hitting the top spot again? Check out everything below!

"Dedication To My Ex" is pretty good. Still surprised that it's very successful in the UK though.

Week 20/3 (01/22/2012)

Thanks to everyone for following my chart! Every single comment really means a lot to me. Thank you again!

Three new recordings appears this week on the chart: at 19th spot debuts Jay-Z & Kanye West with 'Ni**as in Paris', at 15th finally enters chart 'Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)' by Kelly Clarkson after two weeks on Bubbling Under chart, and the highest new-entry belongs to Sylwia Grzeszczak as her most recent single 'Karuzela' ('Carousel') apeears at 14th spot.

Three songs drops out this week including 'Marry The Night' by Lady Gaga which was the Longest Runner for last four weeks (the song spent 17 weeks on chart). The award takes over Rihanna with 'We Found Love' - it's also its 17th week on chart. The song also tied with Marry the Night for most (consecutive and overall) weeks in Top 10 - both tracks spent there amazing 12 weeks.

What's up in Top 5 this week? At 5th spot jumps Pitbull with Chris Brown - 'International Love' rises 14-5 on its second week on chart and it's the biggest jump this week (although the song is not the greatest gainer). 4-2 slips Selena Gomez with 'Love You Like a Love Song'. It's her 10th week on chart and 7th week in Top 10. Third spot belongs this week to Milk Inc. - their 2007 single from 'Supersized' album rises 10-3 on its second week on chart. Previous week's number one unexpectedly falls out of the top spot to 2nd position. 'Don't Miss' who is the number one this week!

I'm amazed / delighted to see "No Angel" matching the peak it achieved in my chart back in mid-2007!

It was my Record of the Month in February 2007 - it doesn't seem like five years ago! - and indeed was at number three in the first couple of charts I posted on page one of my own thread.....

I don't think most other readers will have ever heard (of) it, however!

Several other good tracks elsewhere in your chart - I'll be including "Love You Like A Love Song" in my top 40 breakers next week, for example - and I heard Dev's "In The Dark" in full for the first time earlier tonight. It seemed more tuneful than her other, more successful, collaborations.
