Where have you been - Platina. (20 000)

We found love- 6 times platinum (120 000)
For real???

WFL is 6xPlatinum????
Keep in mind that the Swedish singles market is like 90%+ streaming and that one streaming point equals one sale.

Havent you been on hitlistan.se before? :D The certifications are shown direct in the chart.

Anyway, 2 really big hits here havent helped the album sales at all. Probably sold around 1000 copies. Swedish album sales have reduced in generall but popular acts by liked by young people dont sell anything these days here as nobody at the age 10-30 buys album no longer.

That is why Rihanna can have 2 huge hits from the album, sell out the Globe arena 2 nights in a row with 25 000 tickets sold. Still, talk talk bombed in the charts completley.

TBH.... Swedish album sales are rubbish ATM.... Even adele after 123123473481 weeks selling inside the Top10 is 'only' 2xPlatinum...

The truth is that streaming is very extended there... And that is a sign of forward thinking society

TTT is #9 on spotify sweden and Loud is #52....

that's why she can sell out 2 consecutive nights in sweden.

coz her music is VERY popular, but people in sweden do not buy music anymore

@zzmyth: Though it should be said that Sweden also was the place where Adele's 21 "only" did good compared to other places in the world where the album was a smasher.

And it's not just the Swedish market to blame for Talk That Talk' sales: The album peaked at No. 26 and only charted for 10 weeks. It already left the chart in January 2012 compared to Loud which charted for 42 weeks.
Therefore there just hasn't been much interest in the album, if the album charted for a long time and still only had moderate sales, you're right with blaming the market but not with this.

Furthermore, Where Have You Been wasn't a really big hit in Sweden. It only peaked at No. 27 - though it should be said that it charted for 21 weeks, so at least had some longevity  .

first, Timmy....

WHYB was such a big hit in Sweden that it charted there even when it wasnt a single. That's why when it became a single, people knew it much before and the video didnt even have an impact.

Second. Do not compare TTT with Loud coz we both know that Loud was exceptionally great on charts.

Third. If you want to talk to me please stop giving me stupid emoticons and your f*cking 'do not argue with me coz Im better than you comments'

If you want to analyze charts properly. DO IT PROPERLY.

And to be F*CKING NEGATIVE all the time, you better stop commenting on Rihanna's thread coz the F*CKING impression you give is that Rihanna's success is never enough.

The same goes to German charts.

Germany is not here for Rih this time, SO WHAT?

+3M other people are. and if she doesnt care... why should we?

Yes you have som points there. But its also a generation thing as older artist with older fans still sometimes have good sales. Swedish album sales in generall is nothing compared to 10 years ago when a big act could sell over 300 000 copies and sales where probably healthier then Germany) But its still among the top 20 biggest markets, (given to the population) sames goes with Denmark and Norway but sales will probably keep on loosing ground for a while. Physical singles died alredy in like 2007

But modern young acts will have it very hard to sell albums in the future and its a shame and i dont think that Itunes can survive streaming much longer. i just hope the album format will survive

Oh God, I know right? The emoticons are so aggravating XD

Anyway, insane update today! I can't at this song! Even if the updates ARE inflated the fact that it's completely defying rolling is epic : D

^ I know how rolling works, but it still confuses me why there's no rolling when airplay grows? I mean, I saw rolling in case like Gaga's BTW and YDO and all those songs that have so much airplay in short time, but never in other cases. I mean, I see rolling just in second week.

Can anyone explain me? :P

^^ But there is rolling! You have to keep in mind that rolling counts for every day of every week! Every day is compared to the day the week before. As long as the song is being played more and more, you'll have positive updates!
